GoogleAvoid. Slow service, unclear communication and not doing things when they are supposed to. Couldn't let my houses despite them being overconfident. Kayleigh in particular is rude and can't handle simple questions. I ended up kicking them off all the properties I gave them to tenant find.

GoogleUsing the signing of a tenancy agreement as a way of justifying a no-refund to a non-tenant is very unprofessional and not cool at all! GoogleThe landlord is very lovely and helpful, very accommodating to needs and goes out of his way to make sure tenants are comfortable in the house. Any problems reported tend to be sorted out fairly quickly. Would recommend.
