We had an outstanding service with Nexa for our house sale. Neil found a buyer within a day and we completed within 6 weeks! A huge achievement! I’ve always previously had to chase estate agents during the sales/ buying process however Neil kept in contact throughout the process and I didn’t need to chase once. I should give 0 stars. Had trouble with them right from begining. The staff decided take what even money they want from my account without with any statement. The the boss fixed because I complain to head office complaining team. When the contract nearly end with tenant. I rang them to confirm not renew with the tenant as late payment all time. Of course they did not inform them. But then find out the tenant is intented move out in Nov. As nexa move the rental payment date 10days later without telling me and have taken the 10 day payment from Tennant since November last year which I was not told and not pay that 10days rent. But now the move out date also extend 10 days but contract is not and the deposits scheme won't extend. The staffs provided incorrect information. They promised money will sent to me but never. Then next day said the money not due yet. As I told them before I am not happy to extend the contract unless payment received before contract end. I thought the is minimum request from my side not really over the top. I did not realise I need to begging for my rent money from a powerful Nexa.

What an absolute disaster of a letting agency! I'd use much stronger language, but I'll keep it somewhat polite. Nexa's staff are quick to open their mouths wide and demand rent, but when it comes time to return the deposit, they suddenly can't speak and give the most absurd excuses. It's infuriating. They are nothing but a bunch of people who think they can get away with ripping people off. Save yourself the headache and avoid this agency like the plague. If you're even remotely considering Nexa, do yourself a massive favour and look elsewhere. Trust me, all those positive reviews look fake, there's no way anyone in their right mind would genuinely have a good experience with this joke of a company. I wouldn't recommend Nexa to my worst enemy. 🔴🔴Run, don't walk, away from these people🔴🔴 See the attached microwave picture, is this what a fully furnished property is supposed to look like?? The shower was leaking for like five months and they weren't taking any action even though we reported it many times 🔴🔴🔴🔴Guys nexa is using fake reviews to coverup the newest reviews. I am extremely disappointed with this letting agency. They unfairly kept my deposit and have been unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. When I tried to share my experience, they responded by flooding their page with fake positive reviews, from their own staff and funny they reply to 5 star rating given by themselves 🔴 get a life 🔴 your not helping in progressing a business made with pure hard work, its by exploiting and stealing. It’s disgraceful how they exploit students for profit. To anyone considering renting through this agency, be warned: their practices are unethical and dishonest. Shame on everyone involved in such a corrupt organization.

Beyond helpful staff!

I can’t praise the staff in the Treforest branch enough. They were super helpful and patient answering all my questions from viewing to move in. The property is beautiful and I can really make a home here. The only snag was me not being able to get my washing machine connected but the maintenance team had that sorted within 24 hours. As a first time renter, my experience has been just brilliant, I’d recommend the team over and over again.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience Nexa is the worst letting agency I have ever come across. I rented a small flat with them, had contract for two years but I had to leave after less then a year. The flat was unlivable. It was OK in summer as paint covered all the problems and when it started to get colder mold started appearing everywhere. It was so bad so thick even after wiping it appeared after 3days again. It caused me a serious health issues like cough, recurring colds, and very bad skin rush lasting several months leaving me with bad scars all over my body. Agency would not do anything at all about the issue, instead they would acuse me of not paying the rent when I always payed on time. Just horrible horrible experience. Avoid!
