I have been staying with NEXA.for last 3 years in the same property, being an international student it was really difficult to find a accommodation in UK. NEXA made it super easy and convenient and the property was properly maintained. After 2 years it was renovated and the rent was also same from last 3 years.

Even though the nexa team was not really helpful, It was really great that David from the maintenance team had come and provide an excellent service. He made sure all the cleaning and everything was done appropriately and his friendly behaviour made it quite easy for us to interact and make things look beautiful and appropriate

Fantastic Service from start to completion with Neil and his team. Couldn't have been more helpful with regard to arranging our first viewing of our fantastic new home, through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for Nexa, they provided fantastic help and advice at every stage of the buying process and made what was a very stressful time, much more bearable. This company puts the customer first, from arranging viewings outside of normal working hours (essential when you work a 9-5), to also being available in evenings and weekends to keep everything on track. I can't recommend them strongly enough from a buyers point of view, and will only use them if I ever come to sell. 5 Star Service Throughout.

Maintenance in this house we let from was amazing and extremely speedy! I want to put in a good word for Marc, for replying extremely quick (less than 10 minutes after emailing him) and sending out a contractor, Ian and his team (another brilliant word for him - give him a raise!!! :D), who came and fixed our hot water problems, our drainage problems on the day we reported the problem! RENTING EXPERIENCE REVIEW We’ve rented from them for the past 2.5 years and it’s been absolute hell. We’ve had all sorts of problems from blocked drains leaving us unable to use the bathroom to a roof leak, unimaginable damp issues and a rat infestation. They have completely ignored all maintenance requests from the get go. There are people in London purchasing cheap properties in the valleys, renting them out using Nexa. They want to make money. They DO NOT CARE about the living conditions for you and your family. Their staff, Kayleigh especially are rude when you ring them for help, with a “well what do you expect us to do about it” attitude! The moment we complained to environmental health we were met with an eviction notice! Photos added

Just wanted to leave a little bit of feedback on a sale that Nexa have completed for us. Darrell Manchip was our estate agent and what an excellent job he did for us. We made enquires on a weekend, received an email with all the necessary information needed within an hour and decided it all looked good for us. Our house was on the market that day, open house viewing arranged for the next weekend, SOLD within a week for 10k over our asking price. From the day we enquired to the day we completed it was just under 8 weeks. YES!! 8 WEEKS!! Darrell updated us constantly with news, dealt with our solicitors and made the whole selling a very easy process for us . We couldn’t have asked for a more stress free sell. We’ve been using Nexa now for a number of years and wouldn’t dream of using any other agents. Our relationship we’ve got with the whole business is amazing, but in particular we have a brilliant relationship with Kayleigh who oversees our property portfolio. Finally getting round to writing a review - basically I would just like to mirror what my partner wrote with regards to Neils exceptional service. NEXA properties provided a stress free 5* service throughout the process of selling and purchasing our new property. Neil was extremely efficient and would answer any queries/calls or messages at any time of the day. His service was impeccable and I would highly recommend NEXA to anyone selling or buying properties. Due to us falling in love with one of their new build properties, we were extremely anxious about selling in the required time frame however Neil was confident and reassuring from the get go - proving this with a sale of our old property less than two days after going on the market. We would 100% recommend Nexa Properties to anyone. Neil was our agent and we couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service that we received from him throughout the sale of our property. I’m writing this review to share my gratitude to Jasmine at NEXA! I reported at 4:15 my front door would not lock, baring in mind the office closes at 4:30 Jasmine sorted a locksmith to visit my property within the hour. The locksmith came shortly after. Overall it took an hour for the problem to be rectified. After panicking we would have to stay with the door unlocked it was a massive relief at how fast it had all been sorted. I can’t thank you enough Jazmine. NEXA as a whole have been great with us as tenants. There’s been a few issues from a poor renovation (not Nexa’s fault, outside renovation team) and NEXA have rectified any problem we have found. Thankyou for all your help over the last few months. Me and my partner were struggling for almost a year to find a new house as the flat were in now is covered in mould and very unsafe for my children. No one would accept us due to my benefits. But then we went to view a house with NEXA and we had the lovely Kayleigh showing us around and she persuaded the landlord to go with us. We would still be in a mould infested flat if it wasn’t for her. Couldn’t recommend them enough. It’s not just all business for them they showed real kindness.
