We found Michael, Emma, Tristram and the team at Darlows efficient and helpful at all times. Emma, who led the letting, was particularly helpful in achieving a smooth let.Against other letting agents that we have used, we have found them the best so far, and are transferring other properties to them.Darlows Portal appears to be a useful on-line facility for property requests, actions and documentation.

Unprofessional, poor communication, although a couple of the agents were very nice people and polite ( the nice people have since left..). Overall I would not recommend selling with Darlows Llanishen. They even have the cheek to keep ringing me about "my property search" when the sale of my flat has fallen through!

GoogleContacted today to book an appointment to view a house. The diary of agent due to show me around was full but I spoke with Gayle who was so helpful. She managed to move some things around and get me an appointment on the day I wanted. I would recommend Darlows, and especially Gayle for her excellent customer service and polite and cheerful manner.

GoogleI recently sold my property through a more reputable agent. Since my house has been on the market and sold I have been bombarded with unwanted phone calls from Darlows. I’ve asked on three of these occasions to remove me from their call list and have been told they would do this, yet I continue to get calls. I’ve asked how they obtained my mobile phone number and was told I mist have supplied it on their website. I’ve never been on their website. I have reported the GDPR breaches. I would not recommend this business as they clearly throw personal information around and can’t perform simple tasks. Very poor.

AVOID AVOUD AVOID StaY away from these cowboys if you are a landlord. Even if you pay the fee they will withold rent and refuse to issue notices to tenants. Leaving you with arrears. THeY REFUSE to answer your emails and are incompetent in their knowledge. Basically you will end up having to manage the tenancy yourself. Thry just pass you from one oerson to another and do not act in your interests. the property ombudsnan and rent smart will be keen to investigate their u scupulous agent behaviour. I suggest you all report them where you have had this experience. Oh and another thing they wont answer your question but will use a friday to send a random email that needs some queries answered like we suggest you renew a tenancy with them or you will be left vulnerable !!! The offices are not open on weekend for you to sort this out . They will not act in your bezt interests

A decent bunch. They've clearly got an eye for quality when it comes to sales, and an eye for detail going through the fine print that I was very impressed by, and perhaps most importantly, they were extremely patient with us as first time buyers. We could've perhaps done with a bit more guidance, and certainly there was a lot of flailing about when things weren't going through that we could have had more support with, but they came through in the end and I got the firm impression that when it seemed they weren't entirely focussed on us, it was because they were focussed on the other half of the sale, and I can respect that.

GoogleAfter not being able to sell our property via another agent we decided to switch to Darlows. After meeting Gayle I immediately felt confident that the property would sell in a timely manner. She helped us competitively price the property using her extensive local knowledge. I also had regular contact with Jennifer and Hollie who were first class organising viewings and getting us feedback. I particularly like the personal touch where the team often call rather than email to follow up. Very impressed that we agreed an offer so quickly in a very slow housing market.

This company do not fulfil what they tell you over the phone. Visited my property made promises to supply valuations and or rental values. No further contact no return calls and avoidance of messages. When I eventually contacted the actual agent I met, excuses and new promises which again never materialised. Simply don't have the honesty to tell you the truth. Simple as that. 1 star is too much don't bother.
We apologize for the lack of communication and follow-through on our promises. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. Your feedback is valuable, and we will address this internally to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
