On recently requesting a viewing of a property from the brynmawr branch upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely warm welcoming smile and a friendly young lady introducing herself as jessica which put us at ease immediately as viewings can be cold and clinical, we found jessica to be very honest and open in answering any questions put to her and very informative of the area, clearly proud of the area and passionate about her job, was a real pleasure, thankyou kindly jessica, highly recommend

They are unable to do a simple house viewing..... After the viewing appointment was confirmed twice they didn't show up at the house when we called them we were told the agent is on his way to the house ..... Guess what after half an hour still nothing 😂 after two phone calls turned out the first agent was lieing because no one was coming.... I guess it is a LITTLE BIT unprofessional.... Thanks for nothing.Keep up the good work 😉

We were interested in purchasing a house through the Rumney branch. However, during the initial viewing, the individual showing us the property came across as condescending and lacked knowledge about the property. Despite making an offer, we experienced weeks of being misled with little to no communication. We were passed from agent to agent, only to be informed in the end that they had chosen another buyer who supposedly was "better suited", despite their offer being lower than ours. We are hardworking, earnest individuals with excellent credit scores and are not part of a chain. I think they have been very unprofessional and potentially even biast. Disgraceful!!!

GoogleMe and my partner are both first time buyers so you can imagine we where very nervous when been shown houses that where up for sale. Thankfully we had someone like Gayle to show us around as it seems she just knew where to take us. She showed us around many houses with short notice and got us into are soon to be first ever house, thank you again, massive part of our lives. Cannot wait to see what the future brings.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Darlows, I had a property to sell in Llantwit Fardre and it sold within 2 weeks. I met Diane Rumble the Branch Manager when she came round to value the property, lovely lady and very helpful, suggested we have an open house on the property which we agreed to. I’ve been speaking with Gayle Chapman over the past 2 weeks who has been brilliant at keeping me informed on everything. The property has now been sold now for much more then I expected and in such a short space of time. I would definitely recommend Darlows..
