I recently sold my house with Clee and I was really pleased with the way they conducted everything from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout. I had previously contacted other estate agents but was most impressed with Clee so I'm glad I waited. I would definitely use them again.

GoogleWhat a joke 100 commercial road! Got stuck in a contract for 6 months with unsafe electrics (no earth in house) rats on my landing and in attic mould under the sink and somthing growing from out of the bath. Landlord doesnt get anything sorted discusting service. Never ever again will i be renting though clee! They accept rogue landlords. Discraseful.
Hi Hannah, following a recent conversation with yourself I hope your concerns were put at ease and apologies that your review was not replied to sooner. After looking through the file I understand that environmental health attended the property and no evidence of rat infestation was found and the property passed. We are still in business with the landlord of this property and it has been tenanted for the last two years with no issues. I hope that after our conversation you will reconsider your review.

GoogleClee sold our property within a week of it going on the market. No one could foresee covid and lockdown soon after selling. It was an awful time for everyone. They kept us updated throughout these difficult times until we were able to actually move home. Yes I would recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

My job is to buy and sell . But even though buying a house in this buisness is considered work . I am refused viewings because of covid . They need to learn the guidelines and rules on travel . And based in their non understanding of the basic rules, I can only imagine that this would not be a good company to work with .
