GoogleI bought a property through Your Move, the Mutley Plain branch and Sophie was absolutely brilliant. It was a stressful few months but Sophie worked really hard on my sale and was both friendly and professional throughout. I'm now happily moved in so thank you Sophie!

GooglePut a bid in which was accepted. Said contact my sales company for chain details but didn't. I was work on Friday but got solicitor Monday. Then tue they emailed to say the house I offered on buyers gone with someone else and said its because I didn't bring in documents ie passport ID because called into work. But they never checked my chain! Don't think they wanted to accept as why keep viewing and why didn't they contact my estate agent about chain!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleVery poor service. They never called me back when they promised. I had to call to chase up but they can’t give me any solutions! As landlord I pay hundreds to them but they failed to let the property. They don’t even write descriptions about the property when they are advertising it. I Can’t believe I am paying them for nothing! They also failed to send electricians to do repairs work, this year they missed the routine inspections! Really poor service! Very disappointed!

GoogleHaving had poor quality service from estate agents in the past, I was apprehensive about taking a viewing with Your Move. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the professionality of the agent who took me and my wife through several properties. His name was Milo and he was courteous, inquisitive and left me with the sense he was really looking for the best for us. Unfortunately there wasn't a property suitable for us at the time but I cannot dismiss the quality of service I received and I am very grateful, could not recommend enough.
