GoogleRecently sold our house with Nova Homes. Very pleased with their service. Pictures and videos were very good quality. Matthew kept us informed all the way through to exchange of contracts. Cheaper than a lot of the other estate agents and really helpful when things get a bit complicated. Would recommend them as a better alternative to selling property yourself.

Stuart in particular was always so positive & helpful, taking time to give me regular updates, no matter how small. When the time comes to sell, I will definitely use Nova Homes & will continue to sing their praises to friends & family. Thank you for making what could've been a stressful process, simple.

FacebookWhat a really good decision we made in choosing Novahomes to sell our house! Originally asking three local estate agents to visit and value our property we were taken with Andy's straight forward and positive manner whilst not being in any way pushy, so went on to select Novahomes. We soon met up with Stuart and Megan. Both really professional people, with genuine caring personalities, who put a lot into making things happen in good time whilst keeping us informed every step of the way, right up until completion. We really cannot think of any negatives at all. It is unusual for us to write a Facebook review, but felt our positive experience of Novahomes should be shared....Brilliant!

Nova home has been without a doubt the best experience I've ever had .their attention to detail, guidance and pure professional conduct is amazing. I have been kept updated throughout the transaction process nothing was to much trouble. It's no wonder they have the highest estate agent award in Plymouth....... FacebookWe found everyone we dealt with from the Plymouth office very helpful, easy to talk to, prompt and direct in their response - while being professional at the same time. This is possible! Starting with Matthew’s open, positive and reassuring attitude, then Megan’s ongoing swift communication at every turn, and then Matthew and Lee going out of their way to read meters for us and close a window on a stormy, rainy evening, as we live at a 3 hours drive distance to the property we sold. So grateful.

FacebookI have been with Nova homes lettings for nearly 3 years now and find them a very friendly, helpful company. Any problems I may have had with my property the team have been quick an professional at getting the problem sorted. I would recommend Nova lettings to friends and family.

GoogleAs a landlord I found Nova Homes level of service poor to say the least. The issue of communication became clear from the outset. They NEVER answer the phone and when messages were left it can took them a couple of days to return the call. When the first rent payment became due they promised payment the following day which failed to materialise and then I was informed it could take 5 days (WHY PROMISE PAYMENT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE). I tolerated them with the aim of getting shot of them after the 6 months. Unfortunately even with more than 2 months notice they then took 75% of a months rent. Been let down by some of the big brands, we never expected much, however, Stuart & Megan managed my expectations from start to finish, ensuring they were one step ahead of my many questions every step of the way. I have no reservations recommending, especially for first timers as it can be a real pain venturing the unknown...

GoogleCalled up twice this week about a property on Nursery Close that I was interested in spoke to a lady called Megan who was unable to help. I was advised that I would receive a call back but I've heard NOTHING! I have just called up again today and spoken to a gentleman (didn't catch his name) who came across very rude and disinterested. Their website is extremely hard to navigate and it seems as though if they are not getting money from you they are simply not interested! I had a very different experience with them when receiving a valuation for my own property as they must have seen the £££ signs! AVOID.
