Having been with Novahomes for nearly ten years managing my three properties; without any major situations. Without living in the county of Devon I rely 100% on the professionalism of Novahomes. I'll reiterate my assessment of Lee Whitelaw and his team. Nothing is too much trouble; tenants are all well vetted before being offered a property. Having noticed on TV. recently; with bad tenants and rogue landlords,(which will be a nightmare for all concerned). Moving home is apparently one of life's most stressful experiences. With this in mind it helps if you have an Estate Agent who is proactive and you feel works for you in firstly obtaining a committed buyer and negotiating an agreeable price. So that's the hard work done in theory. What next, well again it helps if your selling Agent keeps you informed as matters progress toward that hoped for exchange of contracts and eventually completion. Stuart and the team at Nova Homes were faultless in this respect. From our initial discussions once we decided to market our home in Plymouth. Once the property went live Nova soon had viewers ready to view and from memory we only needed 2 or possibly 3 viewings before a negotiated offer was agreed. Clearly the vetting procedure used by Nova to establish a potential buyers ability to actually buy a property works. Far better to only need a few genuine viewings that are committed and able to complete a purchase than masses of dreamers coming through the door. In all honesty from the steer toward assisting us in selecting a local Solicitor to complete both our sale and our (out of area) purchase Nova were just great. Our experience was as good as you could hope for and having brought and sold many many properties over the years in UK, USA, Bulgaria and France we'd say Nova more than did everything we could have wanted. Brilliant service so many thanks Stuart and Team Nova and as the Old TV Advert for Carlsberg used to say "If Carlsberg did Estate Agents", you know the rest. Yes Nova do Estate Agency in the best possible way. 10/10

I do not even know where to start with this review/feedback because I can not really put into words how amazing Nova Homes is!!! I came to them after making a huge mistake and listing my property with another agent. Obviously that went so badly wrong and I ended up losing a lot of money and I could have potentially lost the property that I wanted to buy. This property was listed with Nova Homes and in order to try to save my purchase, I then listed my own property with them. Best thing I ever did! Despite the ride still being bumpy and hair raising at times, the team at Nova Homes, particularly Stuart but also Meghan and Andy, have worked their socks of for me and I could not have asked for more.
