I recently sold my house with Novahomes and I cannot thank the agent Matthew Curtain enough! Matthew and his wife are absolutely brilliant, I could contact them whenever I had any concerns or even to ask a blonde question! I honestly never thought I’d be able to sell my house so quickly as there was a lot of work to do, but Matthew arranged several appointments after the first day! I never had any concerns that I would have to do anything, it was all taken in hand. Matthew is really approachable and I never felt that he was being pushy to go with Novahomes and was honest from the beginning which I really valued. I was put off by other estate agents for how pushy they were and the overall costs of selling was absolutely brilliant and affordable! Thank you very much Matthew 😀

Would definitely recommend Nova Homes having just sold ours with them. It was not the easiest process but Matthew kept us informed throughout. Their pictures and the video are so much better quality than other agents who charge twice as much to sell. We did consider selling our property ourselves but for the small extra that Nova Homes charge it was worth it especially when things get a bit complicated as often happens with house sales.

Definitely in my opinion the best estate agents in Plymouth. I have used them several times to both buy and sell property. Recently sold my deceased mum's property where we had to wait for probate, Stuart and Megan were amazing. They kept good comments between all parties including the solicitors and made this very difficult time much easier for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you again for all your hard work and patience. All the staff are brilliant especially Stuart and his joyful sense of humour. Always came off the phone smiling 😃

Just purchased my property recently with a different agent but had a few encounters with Nova Homes. The agent Stuart was absolutely appalling, I met with Megan on quite a few viewings and she was a credit to the team. Fantastic service. Stuart was terrible at communicating our offers. Seemed lazy and not interested in us in anyway. I was under the impression that it was a tough market and Stuart made it all significantly tougher. If I was nova, I wouldn't let him touch offers, I may have increased my offers on a property if he had been enthusiastic and helped us! Terrible service. And to top it off. A recent friend of mine has said the exact same thing! If you're dealing with Novahomes, don't speak with Stuart. Speak with Megan!

Stuart initially came to discuss what they could provide and let me decide whether I wanted to employ them , unlike some others who pestered me for a decision and wanted to know why I hadn’t chosen them . The sale was not straight forward due to red tape but Stuart and Megan went above and beyond helping to get the sale through as easily as possible . Horrible viewing experience. I was looking at a property and had difficulty getting a taxi that day, so I assumed I would be 20 minutes late and called 40 minutes in advance to give notice and got no response. There was also no agent calling me to confirm my arrival time. When I arrived, there was a couple viewing the property had just left, and it was clear that they had used my original time slot, which is fine. But the agent blocked me from viewing the property because I had my time. And refused me for giving me an initial offer. She asked me to call again on Monday to make an appointment for another viewing. Brilliant, by Monday, surprise surprise, their customer service told me directly that they had closed the viewing and since they've got three offers, I can only make a blind offer without viewing the house... a. I wonder how the seller would feel if they know they've lost a potential bidder and b. the most rigid and unkind service i've ever used. but thanks, this is eye opening. Won't use it again.

Nova Homes provided a great service which we could not fault. When ringing calls were answered fast or if the office was busy someone always called back in a timely manner. Stuart was our go to man and was always in contact to explain what was happening and what we needed to do. He also has a very cheery disposition which uplifted us and gave us reassurance during some stressful situations (not because of Nova Homes).
