Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were resolved by them. Stuart and the team were excellent throughout the whole selling process. FacebookNova been brilliant every step of the way and there has been a lot of steps thanks to solicitors....twice they let us down (by leaving the company as we were about to sign)and I imagine a few other people..Samantha kept us informed at all times and didn't make you feel as if it was any trouble...I have dealt with a few agents over the years but Nova one of the greats .. They are very professional and friendly, Megan and Stuart whom I dealt with mostly are an awesome team.
