Novahomes were fantastic throughout the whole buying process. As first time buyers it was all rather stressful, particularly with the current market but the team were able to put us at ease and make sure we had all the info we needed. When Stuart called to say our offer had been accepted he was genuinely excited for us which was so lovely, and he handled me crying with joy down the phone very well haha. I would highly recommend the Novahomes team and will definitely be using them if we ever decide to sell our home. Thank you 😊

I'm not very good with e-mail and i reported several issses which didn't tally up with the property description when i moved in (no action taken and no recorded interaction)? I've since reported, numerous times that birds have been damaging the fascias of the house and now have a brood of chicks that i hear at 05.00hrs most mornings. when i phone them they say that they can't see anything on their maintainance records because i haven't reported in the correct manner, ie email? i ask you Novahomes, where would you start and would you have the knowledge to revive, fully restore and reupholster a piece of furniture that is currently 200yrs old? Your arrogance and dismissal of my requests for maintenance are totally unacceptable and i hope the home owner of my rented accommodation can see this.

No idea what they are like at selling houses (I always think that the publicity looks kind of tacky though). Wanted to say hi to member of staff driving a small black car reg wj11e#u (or similar) , you were using your phone while driving, this is illegal. I was the cyclist who you nearly drove into. I always think that if a companies employees are prepared to break the law over minor things why would you trust them with selling your greatest asset?
