FacebookFrom start to finish Novahomes have been very professional, approachable and informative with frequent updates and communication. All the staff that I dealt with have been superb, the names I can recall are Lee, Andy, Sam and Lauren...sorry if I have left anybody out...if you are selling your home do not go anywhere else Novahomes go above and beyond....and in this day and age that means a lot....DO NOT GO ANYWAY ELSE......

FacebookAs soon as we accepted an offer on our property we had limited contact from nova homes, no messages were being passed on. I had a conversation with Andy the company owner, he was unprofessional and tried blaming everything on the solicitor who his company instructed us to use, but they couldn't do enough to help us. I would not recommend nova homes to anyone wanting a professional and complete service.

GoogleI would recommend Novahomes to anyone thinking of letting their homes or if wanting to rent a place, they made everything so simple and easy. It was the first time I rented a property and they made everything so less stressful and made it such a pleasure where I lived, that I ended up purchasing the property. FacebookVery poor with regards to lettings - took nearly a week to tell someone that the house they wanted was only available to a family and not two people sharing. Despite numerous phone calls and emails they would not respond and we consider the company to provide a very bad service
