The entire team at Novahomes were fantastic, kept us up to date with our sale from star to finish, no matter which member of the team I spoke to they were always happy to help. I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Megan from the team though, she was incredible. Really felt she had our best interests at heart, she made such an effort to get back to us with queries straight away, even on some occasions when she had finished for the day or had gone out of office! Could not recommend Megan and the whole team enough, super friendly and efficient :)

I try to rent via nova homes, I understand the market is difficult, but I was one the "lucky" six people selected for a house view recently. After the view I expressed my interest to go forward with my application. They acknowledged the email, but I only received a reply after I chased this by email, 9 days after the house view. I am very disappointed with my experience and I will never try their services again.

Using Nova Homes to sell a bungalow was a very good choice. The service is professional, efficient and extremely competitive on price. The property was portrayed in a very accurate and comprehensive way, the video option well worth the relatively small extra cost, I can highly recommend that. It was always possible to get in contact with someone, updates and progress were reported promptly. Nova Homes found a buyer very quickly and the agreed marketing and sale price realistic. Failed to fix my boiler for 6 months, ignored my maintenance issues, ignored my queries in regards tenancy and invoices, failed to end my tenancy after ignoring my saying I had left. Oh and then tried to take me to court for not leaving the property for 10 months which I have just proved them wrong. Terrible letting agents and would whole heartedly avoid especially if you’re a landlord as they are awful agents!
