Special thanks to Megan from Novahomes. My partner and I went to many house viewings and we found that Megan was the most approachable and attentive. Megan was always in contact with us during the buying process and provided us with updates without us having to chase for them. Any questions I had for Megan were always answered as second nature to her. If Megan wanted to clarify an answer by asking the seller, she would always report back to me in great time. Failed to fix my boiler for 6 months, ignored my maintenance issues, ignored my queries in regards tenancy and invoices, failed to end my tenancy after ignoring my saying I had left. Oh and then tried to take me to court for not leaving the property for 10 months which I have just proved them wrong. Terrible letting agents and would whole heartedly avoid especially if you’re a landlord as they are awful agents! To add further clarification, you claimed against me, the Judge said that you were wrong and he did not have the power to overturn the court order you obtained, that you also did not need which is the only reason you got the rent arrears of 1 month not 11. You also lost the costs you were trying to claim and your mileage?! You would have know had you of stayed to see judgement. So you got lucky in that sense on a technicality, of which the Judge said in the letter of the law was not what should have happened. Also I have the communication presented in that judgement to the judge of which he commented against your behaviour, which was you ignoring my maintenance request for 6 months then issuing a section 21 notice. So yes it was strange that you left me without heating through out the winter. This is the service I got from you. If you really want I can provide evidence from both the judgement and the communications with no reply, the email I sent stating all the instances of your failures. Maybe just apologise and learn from it. Because this review is to show that you have problems and until you admit and address your failings, you’re probably going to do it again.

Fantastic service from Stuart and Megan at Nova Homes. From the outset they both went above and beyond what you would expect. My house purchase at times was not straight forward, both Stuart and Megan always kept me updated and helped to resolve issues in a friendly professional manner that helped to alleviate my concerns. Each time I contacted the office which was very frequently they always had a friendly helpful manner that made me feel I wasn't a nuisance. At each step of the conveyancing I was notified of progress. Unfortunately I didn't use Nova Homes to sell my property I now know this was a big mistake. Firstly, I would have saved a lot of money and received great service from Stuart and Megan who seem passionate about their profession. My estate agent was often not easy to contact, communication was poor and frankly when I had sold house they were not interested. The small independent agents clearly have to work harder. In my experience Nova Homes offer a far superior service at a fair price. Wishing Stuart and Megan at Nova continued success in 2025. Thank you so much for all your help in my marathon purchase.

Highly recommend Nova Homes, they were absolutely brilliant with our sale from start to finish. They were £1,400 cheaper than all the other high street estate agents plus I got a lot more for my money. They were very knowledgable with selling my shared ownership property and sold it within a week of it being up for sale. Their pictures and 4D virtual tour were amazing and highly professional. All the staff were lovely, very professional and made you feel instantly at ease. They definitely go out of their way for you. I honestly can not recommend this company enough, they were outstanding.
