GoogleI can only say that my experience with Lang has been a very positive one. They were able to sell my house in 8 days and also manage the stress and anxiety that goes with house moving. Paul Peen and Sue were amazing..a big than you for a wonderful job well done. And a massive thankyou to all your staff who were so supportive throughout.

FacebookI had a great initial meeting with the manager Mark. Confident but not pushy at all about using them. Valuable advice given to me. Sharlotte then took the lead and oversaw the viewings. I was no longer based in the City so the company did it all. Nothing was too much trouble with frequent email communication and phone calls as necessary. The rest of the viewing team kept me informed as viewings took place. Then over to Debbie for house sale. Again excellent service. Overall I would give them 5/5. So huge thank you from me. A genuinely wonderful service.

GoogleTerrible customer service, they ask you to provide a lot of information only to actively ignore attempts to communicate. I've heard that, allegedly, they have a strong dislike of children and don't want tenants with families
Dear Guy, We are disappointed to receive and read this review & we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. However, all applications are put forward to the owners who decide who they would like to view their property. Your position and situation were put forward to the landlord and they felt that you weren't best suited to their property. We are inundated daily with applications and unfortunately cannot go back to everyone. We do have an automatic response which does say this when you apply. We do hope that you and your family can find suitable accommodation, and should you require assistance in the future we would be delighted to help.

GoogleI was very happy with the quality of service from the Plymstock staff, especially Jackie when being shown local property; there were none of the pressured, hard sell tactics I experienced with every other agent. Jackie listened to my requirements and provided useful details so I could make an informed decision on each property I viewed with her.

FacebookI initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. Up till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is to create awareness, not everybody can be as lucky as I was.
