Paul Preen and his team at Plymstock were excellent to deal with for us as buyers at what turned out to be a both busy but challenging time to purchase! The online video was extremely helpful in aiding us to remember detail about the property after viewing and prior to making the offer (particularly given our location some distance away from the property before purchase). Paul was kind enough to meet us at the house on multiple occasions to assist in further enquiries we needed to make, and was able to recommend some excellent contacts for planning and architectural services. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office, and they would be our choice for re-marketing the property in future (but hopefully not for some considerable time yet!)

Phoned to view a property as soon as it was listed for sale, was given what I was told was their earliest viewing appointment over a week later on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Arrived for viewing to find someone else waiting to view the same property and minutes after getting into the property another family arrived to view. We were all rushed around the property, the agent couldn't answer any of our questions, she didn't even know where the boiler was in the property or seem particularly interested then we were told that they would need best and final offers by 12pm the following day, Saturday of a bank holiday weekend!I feel sorry for the seller as they are undoubtedly going to lose out.

From the moment I contacted Lang Town & Country (Plymstock branch), I was dealt with in a very polite and efficient manner. The valuation was conducted by Paul at a time to suit myself and within a week, the house was on the market at an agreed price. The professional photographer arrived shortly afterwards. Within a couple of weeks it was sold for very near the asking price and within 8 weeks the keys were handed over. The whole team were very knowledgeable and efficient. No issues whatsoever. Very good at keeping everyone informed

We worked through Lang to buy our house. They did a great job of keeping in touch with all parties, even though things got tense and extended as legal issues kept on causing complications.One thing was wrong though, the dimensions of the rooms in their brochure. While it says and we know not to use them to plan with, several rooms were wrong by 300mm or so, one bedroom more so as it measured into a difficult area to actually use and the lounge section was over measured in its width around 1m. The door from the house into the garage was also misplaced on the plan to the wrong end of a wall. None of this affected us as their house video and our visit told us all we needed, but their contractor who measured didn't do a good job

This company leave the competitors in their wake. Prior to selling I visited every agent in my home town to discuss their business procedures and costs and really ask ‘why should I sell via them’. From the first encounter it was apparent LTC were head and shoulders above the rest . The disparity between agents is phenomenal with some well known agents being down right dire. In mine and my wife’s opinion one person stood out amongst a pretty amazing team with Olivia being solely responsible for finding us our dream home. Despite rejecting many newly listed properties Olivia was relentless in searching for a property that suited our needs. She listened to what we wanted and delivered. We personally found her extremely professional with a slick courteous manner. Her presentation , photographs description of our property for sale resulted in 16 viewings booked in the first 3 days , over 900 hits on the website and the property selling for full asking price on day two. Would whole heartedly recommend! The service we received from Lang, Town & Country was exceptional. They were exceedingly professional, efficient and cost effective throughout. However, perhaps the most pleasing part was the personal touch. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The advice and support we received proved invaluable in securing an early sale and smooth completion. Any challenges were handled in a reassuring and positive manner, with the minimum of stress.
