Sale of probate property

Staff provided a realistic valuation at the start of the process which meant the house sold quickly and at the expected price. We were kept updated at all times and the staff kept in touch with both sets of solicitors to ensure exchange and completion were carried out on the agreed date.

From the outset the whole team at Lang have been brilliant. Professional, friendly, efficient and supportive. They did all they could to market our home and find the right buyer then helped to negotiate and secure the chain so we could move by Christmas. Special thanks to Sharlotte but every member of staff we have dealt with has been amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would never contemplate using another agent.

From first marketing my property through to exchange of contracts, the staff at Langs Plymstock were knowledgeable, courteous and competent. I was copied into emails so felt engaged with the process as the sale progressed. The only improvement would be if the fees were cheaper but that's across the whole industry!

Highly recommend!! Absolutely fantastic service

James, Gemma & the team have been absolutely fantastic throughout. I genuinely cannot thank them enough. The sale of my property was initially listed with different company and had fallen through after a very lengthy & frustrating process. After signing up with Lang Town & Country, thinking that there was never any hope of getting a buyer quickly, my property was listed in a matter of days & even sold on the first viewing!!!!
