I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Lang Town & Country for the truly outstanding service I received when selling our family home in January 2023. It was an emotional sale, given the circumstances surrounding family illness, but Paul, Carla and the rest of the team made what could have been a very difficult process feel seamless, supportive and completely stress free. I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Found our new home after returning from Spain through Lang town & country. Was shown around the property on the first viewing by Holly who was very friendly & helpful & didn't rush us as some agents do. On our second viewing we were shown around by Carla who fitted us in at very short notice. Carla was very professional, very bubbly & nothing was too much trouble even though she was short on time. We put an offer in with Carla the same afternoon & received several missed calls later that day, which we were unable to pick up & reply to untill the following morning. Our offer was accepted & it was congratulations all round. We were helped along with recommendations for solicitors etc again by Carla as we were new to the area & i can honestly say the solicitor we chose was excelent. An appointment was made with this Estate Agents to meet outside the property at 2:30. They were late and when i called i was told there had been a mix up in the diary but someone would be with me shortly. I was asked to go straight into the property which was a secure entry system so it was only luck i encountered another coming out who let me in. I waited and eventually a lad turned up wearing scruffy unclean clothes and chewing gum with his mouth open !!! The property itself was not presented well with washing up in the sink and toiletries all over the bathroom. There was damage to the kitchen floor and hob. I would not use an estate agents who could not advise on presenting my property well or who thinks that i am going to part with nearly half a million quid to a lad chewing gum in my ear. REALLY !! I would not have bought the flat even if i had liked it based on the service from the estate agents.
