GoogleBuying and selling a house in 6 weeks is stressful enough, using Lang Town & Country meant the team took all the stresses away. From the first call with Carla advising of a new property coming on the market, to Katherine, Paul and Holly accompanying our viewings. As soon as an offer was accepted Natalie ensured all the paperwork was completed and followed up by Nicki who constantly updated me through which reassured and relived my stress. Even at the last minute helping the solicitors when in the final hour bank transfers were slow. The team are professional they really do know how to get the job done and really do go out of their way to ensure every step of the process they keep you informed and take away any problems occurring. Reassuring and going the extra mile. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, thank you so very much team Lang I can’t thank you enough for all of your support!

GoogleWe were very pleased with the professionalism shown by all members of the Plymstock team of Lang, Town & Country. At every step of the journey of our purchase we felt supported. Answers to phone calls and emails were always prompt and when asked for, information was provided in the shortest time possible. The icing on the cake was the lovely touch of a nice welcome to your new home card and a bottle of bubbly! If we ever have to sell the house(and we sincerely hope not as we love it!) then we will certainly be calling on Lang, Town & Country to assist us.

GooglePaul Preen and his team at Plymstock were excellent to deal with for us as buyers at what turned out to be a both busy but challenging time to purchase! The online video was extremely helpful in aiding us to remember detail about the property after viewing and prior to making the offer (particularly given our location some distance away from the property before purchase). Paul was kind enough to meet us at the house on multiple occasions to assist in further enquiries we needed to make, and was able to recommend some excellent contacts for planning and architectural services. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office, and they would be our choice for re-marketing the property in future (but hopefully not for some considerable time yet!)

Phoned to view a property as soon as it was listed for sale, was given what I was told was their earliest viewing appointment over a week later on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Arrived for viewing to find someone else waiting to view the same property and minutes after getting into the property another family arrived to view. We were all rushed around the property, the agent couldn't answer any of our questions, she didn't even know where the boiler was in the property or seem particularly interested then we were told that they would need best and final offers by 12pm the following day, Saturday of a bank holiday weekend!I feel sorry for the seller as they are undoubtedly going to lose out.

From the moment I contacted Lang Town & Country (Plymstock branch), I was dealt with in a very polite and efficient manner. The valuation was conducted by Paul at a time to suit myself and within a week, the house was on the market at an agreed price. The professional photographer arrived shortly afterwards. Within a couple of weeks it was sold for very near the asking price and within 8 weeks the keys were handed over. The whole team were very knowledgeable and efficient. No issues whatsoever. Would happily use again. Thank you to everyone.
