GoogleVery impressed with many factors. Valuation was spot on, photos and property listed immediately, updates on viewings, property sold very quickly. During the sale process I had regular updates on progress with buyers solicitors and any questions answered immediately. Very professional and friendly team who I felt worked very hard for us. FacebookI let my family home through Lang Town and Country Sales and Lettings, which was a daunting prospect for me. Their friendly and very professional staff ensured that this process was made far less stressful than it would have been. The house remains let and any issues that have arisen have arisen have been swiftly and efficiently dealt with by them. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Do not use this agent. They gave a viewing in the flat I’m living in without my permission whilst I was at work. I had declined the visit via email and via phone. A complete invasion of privacy and illegal. Not sufficient apologies afterwards. Very poor communication. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. Not to be trusted

FacebookCards on the table…. I never thought I would recommend an Estate Agent, having had a few not so great experiences over the years, but Lang Town and Country have completely changed my mind. I’ve recently picked up the keys to my new home and I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure from start to finish. From being shown the property by Shelley, who was so personable and not at all ‘salesy’ to Emily who helped with the purchase brilliantly, everyone has been fantastic, but I do have to call out Nicki in particular for her help in getting the sale over the line. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team and I am will definitely be using them when it comes time for me to sell.

GoogleThe sale of property was handled smoothly, even when some issues occurred close to buyers wished for completion date. Communications between Lang Town and Country with the conveyancing solicitors were clearly good, resulting in completion in a timely manner.

Fantastic service over many years. Whenever there was an issue, nothing was too much trouble. We once had an major problem with the drains outside and they dealt with everything including liaising with the insurers. I could not recommend highly enough.
