Viewing very well organised with good communication, viewing by Alexandra was very efficient and we were given plenty of time to look around the property. So very positive viewing but a shame we had a follow up call / email 30 minutes later from Hart saying they had 'hot viewing' the next day, it felt like we were being put under pressure when actually we didn't need to know that!

Haart is a excellent company, with fantastic staff. Ive been dealing with Henrieta , who has been very professional and polite, and has helped me with all my enquiries. Henrieta recently visited my property, for a maintenance visit, and 2 days latter all the issues have been sorted and repaired. Haarts were excellent in selling my property. I would like to thank particularly Alannah Richards and Jordan Greenway who provided an outstanding level of service. I had used another plymouth-based agent earlier this year to sell my property and was generally underwhelmed by the lack of attention paid to wanting to the sell my property, and only received one (joke) offer in a three month period. I moved over to Haarts and immediately felt like a valued customer. They provided all the information I could possibly want and were regularly feeding me messages on levels of interest and what they were doing to get my property sold. Within three months I had received at least half a dozen reasonable offers. Alannah and Jordan clearly worked hard to get me the best offer possible and I am delighted to say that I completed the sale in December. I cannot recommend Haarts enough for the level of service they provide which is above and beyond anyone else I looked at in Plymouth. Haarts may seem a tad on the expensive side but I can honestly say that you get what you pay for and they are well worth the money if you want your property sold at a price you can be happy with.

I highly recommend haart, I was letting through the agency and whilst overseas took great care with everything, a few things with my tenant did go wrong and they sorted it straight away. On the buying side, I decided to use Haart and the service I received was second to none from both Jenny and then Alannah who took over the sale of the property and who gave different options to best sell my property which was a success. Also being overseas Alannah kept me up to date with all the comms and always delivered on her promises. Thank you!
