I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Kirsty for her outstanding support throughout our home-buying journey. From the very beginning right through to completion and receiving our keys, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping everything move forward. Buying a house can be quite stressful, but Kirsty made the process feel much more manageable. She kept us updated, followed up when needed, and was always approachable whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. Her dedication and persistence truly made a difference, especially during the more uncertain stages of the process. We are very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent. Thank you again, Kirsty, for helping us secure our new home!

Rachel and the team at Haart have been wonderful selling my house in Plymouth. The process was smooth and I was kept informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend Rachel and the staff at Haart. I am now able to relax into my new life, with no regrets and two happy cats.

Todd was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and friendly. He allowed us as much time as we needed to get a feel for the property and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Even on the second viewing, we felt at ease and not rushed around. Would definitely recommend Todd if you are viewing a property.

Chloe Andrews showed my partner and I around two houses on Saturday and we were both very impressed with her work, agreeing that Chloe was one of the best agents we’d met throughout our journey. Super friendly, knew facts on the property, came prepared and also helped us envision how we would actually live in the space. Thank you to Chloe, we loved one of the properties and also very much valued and enjoyed Chloe’s help despite it being a rainy Saturday evening. Chloe is a great asset and our overall experience experience with Haart has been great so far. Oli & Aimee

Haart is just the best letting Agency I have seen so far in Plymouth. The team is courteous, nice and excellent. Charis as my negotiator is just a fantastic sales guru. Her level of professionalism is second to none! However, I was highly discriminated against because I never got the accommodation after so much back and forth. For Africans coming into this UK, please look somewhere else. From my experience, I think Haart Housing is for those who have been in the UK for long.

I was shown around by a very capable agent Imogen Vatcher who answered all my questions. The house is busy being renovated as it is in a bit of a sad state but is overall a lovely home. However permit on street parking and the kitchen and rear courtyard lets it down a bit.

We had a fabulous experience dealing with Charis at Haart estate agents today, we couldn't believe how quickly she was able to book us in for a viewing at the property we are interested in! It was a great viewing experience throughout, Charis was very efficient at giving us all the information we required and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel rushed at all like with alot of other letting agents and it was a pleasure to deal with someone so friendly yet professional.

In trying to find a place to live for my partner and I, I have spoken to a lot of different estate agents recently. I can honestly say Haart have been the most helpful and supportive. Amy was so understanding of our needs, and Charis couldn’t have been more friendly and genuine. They made the stressful task of finding somewhere suitable so much easier & actively listened to our needs. Couldn’t recommend higher.

We had a great viewing experience with haart Estate Agents. Alexandra went above and beyond on our viewings, helping us really find what we were looking for. We felt heard during our property search and no question was too much. Across all the properties that we viewed, there was good communication before and after to make sure we were happy during our search and when we found the property we felt was right, Alexandra was very accommodating in making sure it was right for us, helping with multiple viewings of the same property to help our decision, being open and honest about the house and going the extra mile to find out any question we had that she did not already know the answer too. The whole team we have interacted with have been helpful and nothing has been too much to ask. If we ever move again, we will definitely use haart.

I have recently completed on my home purchase through Haart plymouth. It was a very long and stressful process due to vendor and solicitors. I can't thank Harrt enough for all the help over the passed 19months. I would especially like to thank Jayne Edwards I don't think I would have made it this far with out all your help and support. You have been a absolute superstar answered all my questions and helped me chase for completion. This woman deserves a promotion or payrise in my opinion Thank you so much 😊

Charis was welcoming and professional. She knew all the details about the properties and answered any questions we had - we’ve had other places not know council tax band or energy ratings, so was good to have the full information about the property. Highly recommend. Thank you.
