We have rented via Haart Plymouth for the last 5 years, now on our 2nd property with them. Haart's Senior Property Manager Henrieta Klimkova is excellent. She has helped my family and gone out of her way to ensure great service as tenants. Henrieta is prompt in her replies, shows initiative and we feel very well looked after by her (something that we have not experienced with other letting agencies). We are very fortunate to be in her hands.

Alexandra Crook at haart Plymouth made our viewing a truly enjoyable and informative experience and she went the extra mile in many ways informing us about the additional services that haart could provide as well also very kindly giving us a car lift through Plymouth to help us get to our next destination. Unlike a lot of other estate agents, Alexandra also called us the next day to ask for our thoughts on the house so that she could also provide useful information back to the seller. If all estate agents were like Alexandra then viewing and buying houses would be a much smoother, less stressful and more enjoyable process.

I enquired about a property on Friday evening and Saturday morning Amy Marshall rang me. I’m relocating to Plymouth as I am going to be studying a MSc in Midwifery. I am a registered nurse so the course is two years long and I will be staying in Plymouth afterwards to live. Trying to find a rental property is very stressful for many reasons! Amy was lovely and very helpful. It was so nice to be able to talk to someone. If everyone at Haart is a exceptional as Amy I am so hoping that things work out, and I can rent the through Haart. We sold our property in Plymouth using Haarts. The whole process took around 7 months which involved 2 buyers falling through. Throughout this Haarts were empathetic and professional and managed to sell the property three times in very quick time (once in 24 hours). I can't speak highly enough of their whole team: Scott, Lorissa, Alexandra and Jane. In particular Scott Smith really went the extra mile, even chasing solicitors on his day off. Shocking estate agents to deal with and communication was terrible. We only had our house for sale with them two weeks until we pulled the plug and went with a more reliable agent. We had 3 viewings booked spread over the two weeks we were with them with only one actually showing up. Only found out about the no shows when I asked for feedback the following days after and not told prior. Keisha was the person responsible for not contacting me at all to inform me, my house is also my place of work so the inconvenience to get out to accommodate viewings was crucial and Chloe and the team were fully aware of this. The result of the poor communication has resulted in them loosing two sales (mine and the person we were buying off) our sellers had also had enough of the lack of communication and care shown towards us and the customers. If anyone else is thinking of selling or buying please read this review carefully as I can’t honest believe I never had an apology phone call at least, just hiding behind emails and not the way to deal with business or clients.

I was recently down in Plymouth just for one day last Saturday to view as many properties as possible. I phoned many different estate agents and I found Alexandra from Haarts the most friendly, helpful, and proactive out of all of them. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Viewed a property that turned out not to be for us but Chloe was super helpful and did her best to answer our questions and anything she wasn’t sure on, she wrote down to find out for us. She went above and beyond to help and listen to us during the viewing and is doing her best to find us a property that is our perfect fit. Alexandra Crook of Haart has conducted two viewings for us. The first at our request - the second for a property Alexandra used her initiative to introduce us to. Alexandra was positive, friendly, helpful and approachable. When she did not have a detail to hand she made a note of our question and contacted us after the viewing to confirm the information. Scott is, without doubt, one of the best estate agents I have come across. Smart, Knowledgeable and On Point are expected, but also dedicated, determined and goes that 'extra mile.' For example, when we had difficulty tracking down the freeholder of our leasehold flat, Scott would actively search them out, and wait for them to appear and discuss in person. I just want to thank Henrietta of Haart Property Managment for the outstanding assistance she gave us as Tenants. Our boiler unfortunately had a problem and I can honestly say that Henrietta went beyond her call of duty to assist us. I logged a problem and immediately received a call from her. She worked late on a Saturday to assist us, and kept the line of communication open between us and the landlord. No doubt the boiler was fixed and we have no further troubles.
