'My sale was a bit of a challenge due to unexpected circumstances which were not connected to the actual property itself, but which put an unavoidable stretch on the timescales involved. At no point during the whole process did I ever feel disengaged or out of the loop. Communication has been constant in terms of keeping the exchange of information flowing and especially so towards completion of the sale. Many thanks to Alannah for all the help in dealing with the various issues and getting everything resolved smoothly. Haart have helped make the whole process much easier to deal with for a novice seller - highly recommended

Good morning Caroline, I am sorry you haven't had a great service with our rental department. Unfortunately you have reviewed the sales department for haart, Plymouth and we have no access to their properties. I will pass your concerns on to the property maintenance manager and ask that he makes contact with you. If you wouldn't mind removing the bad review from our sale page. Throughout the whole process Jordan and her team done an amazing job to make sure our purchase went smoothly. We received regular updates as to what was going on on both sides and they even done a lot of the chasing when things slowed down to ensure we got the answers we were looking for. A very professional and helpful team at Plymouth Haart, the moment I met Jordan she was so positive and determined that she could sell my house that I believed her and she and her team did exactly that.They organised all the viewings and gave me feed back on everyone, as I lived a long way from the property I always felt they kept an eye on the place for me. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so positive and encouraging which helped a lot when I got worried about anything. I would recommend Plymouth Haart to anyone as it seems to me to be a well run, professional, smart and organised team. House went on the market in September and sold in November, a small hiccup along the way which was dealt with quickly and smoothly by the team, couldn't ask for anything more.

After a two-year-long nightmare with other agents, we switched to Haart, who were certain they would sell our house in a month. A smart-looking outfit, they were beyond brilliant, guiding at least five viewers around each week and getting us a buyer within a fortnight. Jordan, the manager at Haart, was without doubt the best estate agent we met during all this time. A hardworking professional, honest, straightforward, likeable, and clearly a people person, she was the only one who communicated with us (and the rest of the chain), treating my partner and I with the respect you deserve when paying a quarter of a million pounds for a house. Jordan listened to what we wanted in a property and found us the perfect home on the first viewing. After all the stress we'd been through with the other agents, moving in with our baby boy suddenly became exciting again and rewarding, and we thank Jordan and Haart for helping to make this the happiest time in our lives.

The best estate agent in Plymouth. If you want an efficient, quick sale at the best possible price, then haart Plymouth is THE place to go. Jordan, Jennifer, Lauren, Alana and Luke have worked tirelessly to sell my property. These guys go above and beyond and succeed where the majority of other agents fail - Communication, standard of service and results attained. I have been particularly impressed by the number of viewings that have been conducted - the team have been down at my house more or less every day since my property was put on the market. From Instruction to offer, I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received from Jordan and her team at haart Plymouth. I strongly recommend haart, it is worth paying the slightly higher fees to get a better result, to receive a platinum standard of service and have complete transparency with regards to viewing metrics and online interest.

I have dealt with many estate agents in the past, some good, some bad and the Haart sales team of Plymouth are by far the most impressive. We dealt with Jenny and Alannah who were ultra professional, knowledgeable about the area and showed great passion which helped to sell our house within 2 weeks!! Luke took a collection of superb photos and he was the only estate agent that used the correct photography equipment (tripod) to take the photos. Even the after sales care that we received from Jordan was second to none. I would definitely recommend Haart to anybody, the whole team were very accommodating (no pun intended).

Really disappointed with the service. Chloe was very polite but not very knowledgeable about the property however she did answer my questions the next day. We agreed with the vendor a 2 day period for me to research then make an offer but when I did I was told the house was sold. Obviously I'm appalled and extremely disappointed.

Great shout out to the Haart team. We have had problems out of our control that could have jeapordised us moving to the house we wanted in the street we wanted. The Haart team, in particular Jordan, Jenny and Allanah have worked extremely hard to keep everything on track for us to ensure we got the exact outcome we wanted when we first came to them to sell our house. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Alannah and the Haart Plymouth team. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of estate agents before Alannah, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is very honest, approachable and not pushy like other estate agents we have had dealings with. All of this really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found “the one”, Alannah walked us through every step of the negotiations, raised directly with our people and so listers to ease the pressure on us, and even put us in contact with the seller who left us a whole range of furnisher. We are of that age where we have several friends looking for homes, and we always recommend Alannah and the Haart Plymouth team to them.

The whole team were very helpful, they notified us of any new houses on the market that matched our search as soon as they were released on in some cases just before. Unlike other estate agents they only sent appropriate property's that met all of our criteria. We have now found our dream house with Haart and they have been been keeping us updated regulaly on the progress of the sale. Jennifer Matthews has been particularly helpful to us throughout our whole journey and I would highly recommend this estate agent!
