The whole team were very helpful, they notified us of any new houses on the market that matched our search as soon as they were released on in some cases just before. Unlike other estate agents they only sent appropriate property's that met all of our criteria. We have now found our dream house with Haart and they have been been keeping us updated regulaly on the progress of the sale. Jennifer Matthews has been particularly helpful to us throughout our whole journey and I would highly recommend this estate agent!

Thanks to Harrt we sold our house within 9 days of it going on the market. Lauren and the team have done a fantastic job, keeping us updated on viewings, the progress of the sale, answering any queries regardless of how tiny they are or silly we felt the questions were. Honestly Harrt aren't the cheapest, but you do get your money's worth, from the amazing photo's to the step by step help throughout the process.

We have been with haart lettings for more than 4 years now and I would say, they are the best agency we had over the years. Henrieta always makes sure to update us about anything we need (like stages of maintenance works) and we can turn to her with any questions we have. Really disappointed with the service. Chloe was very polite but not very knowledgeable about the property however she did answer my questions the next day. We agreed with the vendor a 2 day period for me to research then make an offer but when I did I was told the house was sold. Obviously I'm appalled and extremely disappointed.
