I rented my house out through Fulfords. Initially it was positive as the house was marketed well. Despite paying a management fee, I at times had to manage the house myself, reminding them to carry out repairs, not having emails replied to, and being charged over the odds by a team who were far too cosy to be professional with their contractors. Fulfords lost sight of the fact that they were engaged by me to manage the property, and also lost sight that it was my house.

Fulfords have handled a purchase and a sale of a property for me and having experienced both these sides of the services they offer, I can say that I would definitely use Fulfords again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Today I received a email directly from my landlord request the rent and introducing themselves due to Fulfords ceasing management of the property. I called Fulfords Plymouth to verify as this was the first I had hear of this and I politely noted my frustration at not being informed by Fulfords. I was then rudely told that "your contract is actually with your landlord and we no longer work for them so that is their fault" When I told her that was a terrible response she said well i have given the information what more do you need, ill give you a clue ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! during our tenancy with them they also lost a copy of our house key, and in light of the cease of management we discovered have failed to pass on property issues with the landlord. we previously let with Country wide and said never again but unfortunately failed to note fulfords were owned by countrywide.

Fulfords Newton Abbot - Woeful

I recently offered on a property with Fulfords Newton Abbot and as I was porting a mortgage, the property being chain free and ready to move at pace was really important to me. I was assured of both, but neither were true. I ended up pulling out of the transaction as I couldn't risk losing my mortgage product. I'm currently out of pocket for the search fees - Fulfords will be hearing more about that.

We have recently used Fulfords and sold two properties Dec 2018. They initially completed the valuations and Gareth came and did the valuations on his day off as we had travelled from out of the area and were only around for one day. We eventually sold the properties in auction but Fulfords facilitated the 'transfer' to the auction company. We had also used Fulfords a couple of years ago. They seem to work well as a team and are really helpful in every aspect. I would highly recommend them.
