Disrespectful place. I emailed and submitted a message on their website and got no response. I then called their Plymouth branch today. I asked to rent a three bedroom property. I tell them that I am the only one that will be living at the property on a permanent basis and that my parents will visit. Then they continue to ask "It's a three bedroom property so who else will be living at the property?". Totally disrespectful that they were not willing to take my word for it (and, of course, I understand that referencing and such will take place afterwards). My salary can cover the rent so it is not their issue. I suspect that the reason they did not believe me is because I am not white and have an accent.

From the start he respected our brief, didn't waste our time with properties beyond our price point and worked hard to broker the sale. Our overall experience of dealing with chase Buchanan was amazing. The people working within the company go above and beyond into making sure you feel valued and looked after. We delt with a colleague named Rebecca she was nothing but down to earth and honest with everything she had to deal with for us. I am a Us citizen needs a letter from my land lord about my rental history for my spouse visa extension in November, therefore, I visited one of your offices in Wellington House in Hampton Hill and spoke with a very nice young extremely polite man by the name of Joe and explained my situation and he promised someone will call me back. The next day I received a call from Ashley Tudhart to enquire about my request and an hour later I received a text from her with the letter I requested. I was flabbergasted and amazed on how fast she acted to my request. Both Ashley and Joe have my deepest gratitude and they are a big asset to your organisation.

We had a really bad experience renting in Trowbridge with Chase Buchanan. When we first moved in the carpets were in an absolutely awful state, we had to replace them and never got the money back. We never got an inventory, there was awful damp and mould issues which they blamed on us and never fixed or even attempted to help with. Then, the landlord tried to withhold our deposit at the end!
