Dear Joanne, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review although I'm a little confused as to why you left 1 star as you left your property in January 2018. Would you please email or contact me by phone to discuss any issues you have as I was under the impression that everything was in order when you left. Kind regards Mark Ward
