They answered our questions, and provided useful information and advice regarding our property and other properties in the market. They also communicated regularly, found property viewers very quickly and regularly, and importantly, helped us find a buyer for our property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to buyers or sellers in future.

GoogleAs a first time landlord we found Gabriele to be helpful and very patient. He took time to understand what we wanted and has found us good tenants. I found some of the finer details a little unclear as there's not much written info other than the shiny sales brochures. I think that could be improved. I am unimpressed with the "landlord portal" which is still devoid of anything useful. Providing I keep getting responsive help via email/phone I'm happy with the service Northfields provide.

GoogleNoura Mehdinejad from the Ealing office was our Lettings Manager when we moved house a couple of months ago. She was always quick to respond to questions and help us through the process. Northfields made the whole experience far easier than it could have been because of their top quality servicing. I highly recommend them as the Estate Agency of choice in the area.

GoogleI have rented with other estate agents in the past but the service I have received with Northfields is by far the best. Indiana Jhuti has stood out to me throughout the renting process. She is always very helpful with any query and always fast to respond. The renting process was made very easy by her friendly and professional service - on Monday we came to Northfields, Tuesday she showed us a property that perfectly matched our criteria and she had our offer accepted by the landlord in only a few hours after we submitted on Wednesday. Throughout the whole time she was easy to reach by phone, email and in the office for any questions we had. I could not have asked for a better service from Indiana.

GoogleThey are an awful agency. Getting a response via email is practically impossible. When you speak to them, they don’t deliver what they promise. They don’t keep you updated about properties you’re interested in. Do not use them.
