GoogleRecently worked with Yasemyn in renting a flat. She has been amazing and helpful throughout the process. She always took time to answer all my questions and gave prompt feedbacks. The entire process of getting feedback from the landlord and completing the referencing took about 24hrs. Thanks Yasemyn !

GoogleThey treated them very badly. I went to them and they treated me like a an insect. They took the money from me and did not give me the money for two weeks. I go to them and tell them to give me the key to the house or give me back my money, but everyone in them talks about me something else. Absolutely very annoying agency

GoogleFantastic Service! I had two weeks to find a new place to live and move in. Annabel Dent really helped me out! She showed me places really matching my needs around Pinner and I had a deal the same day! She has been really Nice, Helpful and Efficient. So far my tenancy is going great and I really recommend Foxton and particularly Annabel if you are changing home.

GoogleExcellent service received from Foxtons. Isabella from the Pinner team looked after my Rental enquiry. She was professional and efficient throughout the process. I think the process took one week from start to finish. Saw five choices two to get the feel of what I want and then Bang she delivered. She also went out of her way (having to delay an evening meal) to let me have a second viewing, after which I concluded the deal. Once decision was made she assertively ensured the next process (financial and paperwork) was moved along quickly. Foxtons and Isabella in particular went above expectations to make the experience more seamless, would definitely recommend.

GoogleI was serviced by Ahad Waseem based out of Pinner Branch. Outstanding service by him. In the past I had a very poor experience with Foxton to the extent that I decided I will never deal with the company. However, Ahad has completely turned my view around. He was so professional, not pushy at all, he understood my need that I need to make my own decisions, respected that and nudged to the right level. He would follow up and help you and guide you. I would not have given 5 star rating to Foxtons had it not been his outstanding service. Highly recommended and well done Foxtons to spot and hire a talent like Ahad.

GoogleThe girl on reception / front desk is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. Clearly has no customer service experience and it’s very surprising Foxtons are allowing her to welcome people in the office. Poor service experience

GoogleAVOID - Foxton’s Pinner have continually sent my rental property unsolicited mail for their rental and selling services for the last 4 months. Requests to stop are ignored. I never contacted them to sell or rent my property! It is impossible to talk to anyone who will take action.
