Foxtons have been absolutely fantastic with my recent house purchase. From the very beginning the communication was brilliant. They kept me up to speed with everything that was going on and are incredibly friendly to deal with. As we all know, buying a house is quite stressful at the best of times. The people at Foxtons are very knowledgeable and will give you the best possible advise that they can give which takes the pressure off somewhat. You can tell that with them its not all just about the "Commission". They really do care that you are getting a good service and that things run as smoothly as they can right up until completion. I would highly recommend Foxtons if you want to buy, sell or rent your property. A special thank you to Sophia Carrington and Tom Sansom for their hard work and dedication in getting our purchase completed...Thanks guys!

I want to specifically commend the efforts of Thomas Carroll and his team in the Pinner office. On Friday we completed the purchase of our first flat after a 9 month purchase process! The process was long and drawn out due to a variety of reasons, the vendors were sometimes indecisive, erratic and emotional. Throughout the process Thomas was excellent with the vendors, keeping them calm, rational and focused. He was a great problem solver- picking up the phone and speaking to various parties to move things forward. He was pragmatic, proactive and polite. He kept us in the loop as soon as things developed- I usually heard what was happening from him before the solicitor! I am certain that without Thomas and his team's efforts the purchase would have fallen through, Foxtons have been the one good example of customer service in our purchase process. Thomas went well beyond our expectations and he is a valuable asset to Foxtons

Joe Malin was extremely professional, approachable and everything I was hoping for as an agent. He showed me around a property and gave me all the guidance I needed and I felt I could approach him with any questions I had in regards to the lettings process. due to unforeseen circumstances we are not looking to rent anymore at the moment, but as soon as the time comes again, there is not another agent I would contact. Sophiya from Foxtons Pinner is an extremely efficient lady. She is always positive, optmtimistic..and will give best solution to property viewing for whatever the budget customer provides. Basically, main point is she understands the needs of the customer which is very important.And last not the least, she always talks in a positive note even if someone misses to attend her call couple or more times.Normal real estate agents stop following up after couple of calls. She is not like that. She is always hopeful and always gives hopes to prospects as well.

I was very impressed the way Foxtons handled the sale of my property. James Murdock and Peter Chiu were a strong tag team and what I liked most about them was the transparency. Both used to call me regularly to inform me of what was happening with the transaction and both handled the buyer (who was genuine) and his not so ambitious solicitor with firmness and ease. They even advised me what to communicate to my onward when the transaction was being delayed. I can’t fault them and I would sell through foxtons again. They’re slightly expensive but well worth the money - very professional from start to end. Ask for James M when doing the valuations. Thank you

I work with this agency for 2 weeks and I heated it because it very hard to get information on the property that I am trying to get and everytime I ask them question they keep tell me to wait it's so annoying and westing my time on this Agency. when I calling them keep send me to different people and I even pay deposit and one month rent they don't even give me back my money when asking for the manager they not there and want there person they still don't give me information and no one is answering me. I'm never going to work with this agency ever again.

September 11, 2015 Dear Sirs I am writing to bring to your attention the excellent service I received from Sally Cresswell, Lettings Manager, Foxtons Pinner office. I was considering taking my property to a competitor lettings agent mainly due to the high fees charged by Foxtons for new tenant business. When I informed Sally, rather than giving up she became even more determined and motivated to find me a new tenant. In the real possibility of losing the business, Sally’s attitude and demeanour was not affected to say the least. She did not lose her interest of professionalism. Furthermore, there was an unexpected twist in my circumstances. My business partner sadly and unexpectedly was rushed to the hospital where he passed away, leaving me to sort out the debt on all joint financial commitments. Having my flat vacant for any period of time would have been a very expensive exercise. I explained my position to Sally. Sally immediately took charge of the situation, understood the urgency of the matter and got busy trying to find a new tenant for my property. A couple of days later Sally came back with an offer. The new tenant will be paying significantly more than the previous tenants (to allow for the majority of the Foxtons expenses to be covered) and take possession of the property just 3 days after the current tenants vacate the property. The new tenant also signed a 12 months tenancy agreement with 6 month break clause and 6 months upfront payment. I could not have asked for a faster service and the security of having money paid upfront under my current circumstances. Once again Sally moved incredibly fast to help out, prepare all necessary paperwork and complete all arrangements. Sally has kept me informed every step of the way. Sally never failed to respond to me and always answered my queries in a timely fashion. Sally is a model employee. One that every member of your team should copy. Sincerely, NH

Foxtons ( Pinner) their service is best, they provides professional service at every levels. Whole team of Pinner Foxton are friendly and helpful. Their fee is more than other agent on high street but it worth it, 7 days a week 8 am to 8 pm no other agent do that. I tried another agent on high street, they are not professional at all, they just want to advertised your property on their window. Special thanks to Keri Stanley she has been so helpful, she went extra mile to help me at every levels of my sale. Big thanks to Alina Campbell. I will definitely use and recommend FOXTON to anyone.
