Excellent service received from Foxtons. James from the Pinner team looked after our sale and was brilliant throughout the process. It took many months to complete the sale of our property, mainly due to delays with management agencies, solicitors, freeholders etc. James was on hand to offer advise which even the solicitors did not mention and was thoroughly engaged from start to finish. Have met various members of the team who are all very friendly and offer an extremely professional service. Selling a property can be stressful but Foxtons and James in particular went above expectations to make the experience more seamless, would definitely recommend.

I had my home listed with Foxtons as a rental property. Clever marketers, came across very friendly and were very keen on getting my business. The early experience was good. But, then things went downhill. I was away for the weekend, Foxtons came in for a viewing while I was away (they had the keys to the house). On coming back from holiday, I found the house had been burgled. I knew straight away there was a link as I have never had a problem before. Anyway, I raised a crime report with the police and I also informed Foxtons. I asked Foxtons to give me details like number of viewings they did, who all had the keys, whether the door was property locked after each viewing and who all came to view the property. Foxtons confirmed that they were very careful, all the viewings were with people they had done checks on and that their negotiator had locked the house properly. Crime scene investigator later confirmed that burglars got in because the door wasn’t properly locked. Last people of leave the property were Foxtons. Raised it with Foxtons, got a very cold and inconsiderate reply. Chased again, Foxtons then asked me to report to property ombudsman and that Foxtons won’t take any responsibility as their negotiator had locked the door. Checked with a neighbour who has CCTV camera and luckily his camera recorded the footage and it’s very clear Foxtons negotiator did not lock the door. CCTV also recoded burglars getting in and out but it was dark so can’t identify them. Burglary was on 19th November. Foxtons however came during the day (on 17th), so images are very clear. I then asked Foxtons to reconsider and own up to their mistake. No response. They have shown complete lack of respect, ignored their duty of care towards customers, caused trauma and financial harm, and failed to take any responsibility even on continuous requests. Their conduct is so appalling that it’s has changed my perception on how badly run and inconsiderate companies can be and how unethical the staff can be with such organisation. In due course, I will name and shame Foxtons staff who were involved. The staff were from Ruislip branch that was closed and now merged with Pinner branch. For now, I will be taking legal actions. But anyone who has trusted Foxtons with their homes and keys, BEWARE!

The service provided by Foxtons was exceptional. We struggled to sell with smaller local agents (who we went with first as we thought providing business to smaller local agents was a better choice) but after several weeks, no offers and constant viewing cancellations, we attempted to go with Foxtons who are quite the opposite. We were so surprised by the quality of potential buyers and offers received in a short space of time. This is what we were looking for all along; a company that can actually sell your home! Our negotiator Nathan has also made the process smooth by communicating and updating us along the way. He was considerate when coming for viewings such as taking off his shoes at the door, and always listened to our needs throughout the process. We highly recommend Foxtons Pinner as they know how to sell your home! Thank you James & Nathan for a great experience.

We had our property up for sale with another local agent before going to James from Foxtons in Pinner. We took the property off the market for a time as we were getting nowhere with the sale with the previous estate agent. We then signed up with James, Foxtons; although the percentage was higher, the service was worth it (you certainly get what you pay for). I had a very frustrating experience with this company. When I rented from them a few years ago, there were multiple issues with the property from the very start. Although the staff seemed friendly at first, they were dishonest on several occasions. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, they refused to address the problems. To make matters worse, they tried to blame us for issues that were clearly not our fault. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and dishonesty about the condition of the rental made the entire experience incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very unprofessional agent scheduled a property viewing that was SOLD! Such a waste of time. Nathan Blackmore contacted us on Friday to book in a viewing for Saturday morning. Ben Naylor-Smith supposed to meet us there but he was late despite I sent couple of texts to update the arrival time. When we were outside the property, firstly - Ben wasn’t there, secondly we saw a big SOLD sign. 1) What’s the point to show us the property that has been sold? 2) There were so many instances these agents can tell us not to come visit. Nathan could have send a quick email. Ben could have told us while I called more than an hour ago to reconfirm the visit. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I have told Nathan we aren’t from the same neighborhood so we have to travel all the way to Pinner. They didn’t offer alternative properties for viewing so we simply wasted the whole morning because Nathan and Ben just simply don’t care about their clients. Avoid Foxtons

James Murdock provided a first class service on the sale of my parents house. From the first meeting at the house to the point of acceptance of the offer (all within 3 weeks), he was truly professional, responsive, positive and encouraging.
