Our experience with Foxtons in purchasing our first home was excellent. When we first visited the property Joe was incredibly warm and welcoming and guided our through the property with great knowledge about the sale. He was our SPOC throughout the whole process and was super responsive, transparent and honest. You could tell he was genuinely happy for us getting on the property ladder and to date even occasionally checks in! Fantastic job!

Had a fantastic experience when I bought a local flat for investment. Joseph was very attentive and calling regularly to ensure we had a smooth and prompt transaction. Please do not rent from them. They enter your property without letting you know. They leave your front door open , all your electricity on, no heating and hot water on and off for months, buzzer not working and nobody cares. James and the team really are the best estate agents around. They go above and beyond and their service deserves more than 5 stars! They keep you constantly updated and deliver on all of their promises. You can tell they genuinely care especially if dealing with slightly sensitive clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. I had a very disappointing experience with Foxtons Estate Agent in Pinner. I was booked for a viewing of a studio flat on Saturday at 10:30 am, but when I arrived, I was told there was no appointment under my name. No one had the courtesy to inform me beforehand that the property had already been let. I travelled all the way for nothing. At least the receptionist was polite enough to apologise, but the lack of communication and professionalism from the agent was unacceptable. Extremely poor service and a complete waste of time.
