GoogleThe service I received from Sarah was horrendous! She was extremely rude, made excuses that she has been busy. We arranged to meet up but she never turned up and did not provide a reasonable explanation. I will not use Foxtons again.

GoogleI rarely post reviews but felt compelled to after our recent sale. Previously, for the best part of nine months we struggled to sell our property with two other agents, with very little interest or viewings. Feeling somewhat despondent we instructed 'Foxtons' in August. Amazingly within four weeks they had found a serious buyer at a great price. Fast forward approx 12 we've finally completed on the sale without any hiccups or problems. The whole process from instruction to completion took 12 weeks or less! Throughout the wholes process, both James and Garn (Pinner Branch) were absolutely terrific, always available to answer questions and very helpful. GoogleI just sold my property with Foxtons. They have been amazing. We had it on with another agent initially for a month, who hardly got us any viewing and most cancelled on the day. So I put on with Foxtons as well, as a multiple agent. Within 2 weeks we had loads of viewings and an offer. James and Nathan have been amazing throughout the process. Ringing to give regular updates and checking how the process was going. Towards the end they chased the lawyers for updates. Very professional. I couldn’t recommend more. GoogleI would seriously give them 0 stars if I could. Charlotte and Amina are terrible communicators. They told us one thing which was a lie and the landlord another, absolutely shocking behaviour. She emails us the day were going to get our keys (a 2 hour journey) and we were literally 20 minutes away from the office saying come an hour later. Extremely unprofessional, we had to chase them for every little detail, 'its fine' they kept saying - because it isn't your money being spent! Even after we moved in we didn't get what they had promised us. They say whatever you want to hear to get you to pay the deposit, after that it all goes in the trash. Never ever again.
