My family and I, recently had to go through the moving home process. It was a tiring and intense period, but also a rewarding experience, because, we met a very professional and also friendly team at Andrew Pearce Property. I want to express my appreciation to Katie, Sally and Amanda, along with the landlord of our new home, for all the nice and new things found in the house: the carpet (I love it), the walls, the bathroom, washing machine, cook, fridge, the room freshners found at every window and, the little scented candles, a really lovely touch. Moroever, Katie, Sally and Amanda did their best and put efforts into making our story a happy ending one. GoogleEleanor Thompson and Amanda Long have been amazing throughout the two-year tenancy. Being an overseas tenant, our family is completely blown away by their contributions since day one. Both of them really made a difference at a company I had never heard of before. But now I would have no hesitation to say that Andrew Pearce should be the go-to consultancy when I have property investment related need in the future. These two ladies' contribution should not go unnoticed.

GoogleI was interested in a house advertised on their website and called to get more information because am in urgent need for a house for myself and my family as the current landlord of the house am in now wants to renovate the house.. I called the agency When I spoke to the guy I told him that am currently on dss and he said that there is no landlord that accept dss which is a discrimination because if am willing to pay and able to provide payment and guarantor and everything needed I should be able to rent a house without having to face discrimination by the company. I feel very offended. During the pandemic legally the government has stated agencies cannot say they can’t accept benefits because many people have lot their jobs and economy isn’t as before but me being sure I am able to pay and the rent will be paid I should be able to rent. It’s been stated that it’s unlawfully to discriminate and that is a law that’s been set especially during panademic. And the fact that you are able to pay the rent and still get discriminated. And this matter should be taken into action.

I decided to approach Andrew Pearce and was very ably assisted by Joe Prosser (who, I discovered later, was one of the company directors). Despite the pitfalls thrown up due to Covid19 and lockdown, a successful sale at a most reasonable price was achieved. I was also happy enough to recommend the agency to two of my friends. GoogleNot particularly responsive. Didn't feel they were client focused enough. Basic mistakes with some legal drafting in Tenacy Agreement and calculation of mgmnt fees. Didnt have time to calculate refund for previous tenants. I had to do it myself and show the agent the calculation which they forwarded to outgoing tenant. Got the feeling staff were stretched. Either that or they simply didn't care enough for their customers!

GoogleHorrible horrible agents. Exactly the kind of unprofessional agents which give real estate agents every where a bad name. Agreed on a house with me, said landlord had accepted and then called next day to say property had received another offer which was 400 pounds higher and we should pay higher. Claiming we did not pay deposit when they themselves had asked us to hold off paying deposits as the landlord had still not agreed to furniture being provided. I had twice offered to pay deposit. Extremely unprofessional and left me fuming..

FacebookWe recently bought and sold through Andrew Pearce, we dealt mainly with Joe but also other members of the team. They were always very professional and efficient and often went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Selling a property with two kids was a daunting task, but they organised all the viewings to suit us. The sale of our property actually fell through 6 weeks in, due to the bottom of the chain’s sale falling through. However, within 2 days without re-advertising on Rightmove / Zoopla they were able to get 6 potential buyers through the door for viewings of which we received 3 good offers. We then exchanged within 5 weeks with our new buyers. Overall, we couldn’t be happy with the service.
