Great service provided by our sales consultant Alexandra, who was always very helpful, empathetic and friendly. This helped to make the process less stressful and she was a pleasure to deal with, compared with most other sales agents! Highly recommend. Thanks again and we hope to buy/sell through Andrew Pearce again in the future.

Poor at ensuring both landlord and tenant are looked after. Estate agents managing rental properties have two customers, landlord AND tenant. Served a no fault eviction notice with no narrative/explanation, which I understand is legal BUT it was only issued so the landlord could increase the rent. A simple phone call and conversation would have resulted in a much different outcome for agent, landlord and tenant. Instead the property was vacated, the tenant had costs to move (but is now much happier in a better property paying less rent!), the property is still listed, having had price reductions which are now at the level the outgoing tenant offered AND the agent is out of pocket because they are currently earning ZERO fees. I’m not an estate agent, but I am a businessman, landlord and tenant and I would have done things very differently and every party would have been better off, but what do I know…hindsight is a great thing!

We wanted to share our experience of selling our property with Andrew Pearce, as from beginning to when we exchanged contracts, they were professional and trustworthy. One young lady who really stood out, and a fairly new member to the team, is Kim, she puts not only the owners, but prospective buyers at such ease, there is no hard selling, but a natural way in which she shows the property with a professional knowledge of your home and such a lovely manner, we would not hesitate to recommend both Estate Agent, and of course Kim.

Just wanted to post a review to say that we highly recommend Andrew Pearce Estate Agents. We have now used them to purchase one property, sell two properties and to find tenants for a rental property and have dealt mostly with Michael. Having had various setbacks along the way with both of the sales, Michael always remained positive and professional and kept us calm! He ensured that we eventually obtained the best possible price for our sales and found us some great tenants. Michael and the rest of the Team at Andrew Pearce are a pleasure to work with. They are always readily available to address concerns and keep sales on track. We would have no hesitation in using them again for future lettings and sales. Best Estate Agent in the area. Andrew Pearce let us down time and time again. They provided us with a flat so disgusting we couldn't move in for over two weeks while we complained to them, waited for them to hire a cleaner and even then we had to redecorate it at our own expense. When we moved out, our improvements meant they could charge the new tenants £100 a month more than we'd been paying, despite this improvement they took £250 out of our deposit! I would recommend avoiding this estate agent at any cost.

This is our response to Mr Strudwick comments dated 21st October 2014. - I’m sorry that we have a disagreement here but I do feel that your comments are not necessarily an accurate portrayal of events: For example the shower fault, I note we instructed our plumber to resolve the shower problem but were then informed that you had fixed it yourself so his visit was cancelled. The doorbell and security light issues we have already covered in my point 4. in my 13th October email. We were not aware initially that the smoke detectors were mains operated but responded once it was clear that they were not battery operated and the necessary work being completed on 28th February. The reported faulty WC flush mechanism was attended during week commencing 17th February. The external redecoration was arranged directly by the landlord. So every time you reported a fault we reacted immediately and dealt with the problem. That is the relationship we expect with our tenants. As occupiers you will be aware of any upcoming issues and so long as they are reported to us we take the necessary action to deal with them.As to the Check-Out inventory cost, this was clearly set out in the tenancy agreement that you signed at commencement of the agreement (see section 3 xxxiv, “At the end of the tenancy, pay the Landlord’s reasonable cost for attending and preparation of the inventory check out.”) I would reiterate that it is this inventory undertaken by an independent professional company that we must rely on in assessing any tenant liability. It protects the tenant and landlord in equal measure.

We stayed at a rental property for 5 years which was managed by Andrew Pearce. We found the team very professional, well-organized, hard working and ready to help everytime. They had their regular check-ups scheduled and dealt with any minor repair requests promptly. I would highly recommend them!!

Andrew Pearce (Pinner branch) provided a first class service in the marketing of my property which led to its sale. Their staff were friendly but at the same time very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a reputable estate agent

My experience with Andrew Pearce isn’t a very good one. I have enquired about a property several times this week. I have been registered with them so they have all my details. Firstly I’ve been told they haven’t got access to the property, secondly there is some work going on so they will do the viewings on Saturday what is tomorrow and they will send out viewing confirmation. As I have not received any confirmation today I have called them and the lady picked up the phone and she told me straight away that house is no longer available as they received an offer and then when I confronted her she said “let me transfer you to my colleague as he is dealing with this property and I don’t want to give you the wrong information” obviously the colleague wasn’t available so she said he will call me back in 5 minutes what obviously never happened! Then I ring them after 40min and I spoke with one of the agent who told me that because I have pets this property isn’t good for me? After calling several times this week they have never noticed that we have pets? I don’t know what to believe either this people have no clue what they are doing either just messing around! But unfortunately they don’t think that they are wasting possible tenants time and they could end up in difficult situations. And the gentleman also said to me on the phone that people are do make mistakes and this can happen! I am certain about people making mistakes but when you know the landlord requirements and you know the tenant situation how can you miss it especially when I called so many times! Im looking for over 2 months for a property and isn’t already hard for me with pets agents they making it even harder with their mistakes!

This review is one year late, however I highly recommend Andrew Pearce in the Pinner area. We purchased a home through them and they were extremely helpful and honest right from the onset. We dealt mainly with Michael, however we had visited their offices early on during our house search and all the staff in the office were very polite and professional. Thank you and I hope to deal with yourselves again in the future..

My wife and I engaged Sam Quinn at Andrew Pearce Pinner to sell a commercial property. We found the work carried out was very professionally handled and we were always kept fully informed of any developments. The price achieved by the agent was satisfactory and we found his advice in assessing offers most helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and his company as agents

They failed to tell me that a property didn't have proper running water. Staff are disrespectful, sarcastic, patronizing and will not help you. property was filthy when I moved in and they attempted to with hold my deposit despite them failing to use the deposit protection service and claiming that they had. I had to take legal action against them. Worst experience of my entire life.

I am not sure if my experience was characteristic of the company, but I certainly received a one star service and the prospective landlord seemed to agree. To be as brief as possible, I was first to enquire into a flat and urgently needed to find a place. The original person assigned to my enquiry (Yash, or some such name) is responsible for this poor review more than the whole company. He lied about the availability of the flat, saying I couldn't view it for 3 days, but the next day allowed someone else to view the property one-the-day. That viewer agreed with the landlord to take the flat, however, this news never reached me till a week later. I was strung along for a week, investing a lot time in chasing them to update me because they would forget to send emails and rarely call back. Moreover, I was passed from one person to the next with nobody remembering my enquiry. Eventually, I viewed the flat (3 days later than promised) and the landlord agreed to let me the property because the first person had not placed a deposit. This led to mass confusion because apparently the first person had a verbal promise that Andrew Pearce considered binding and so would not allow me to place a deposit. The first tenant was in tears about possibly losing the flat, the landlord was confused, and I lost a week of time and had to extend my tenancy another month. I received a very apologetic phone call from a staff member (Amanda, if I recall correctly) who at least acknowledged how disastrous their service had been.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We used Andrew Pearce for an Estate Sale. From start to finish they kept me informed regarding interest in the property via a weekly email detailing appointments and outcomes. Once sale agreed, the exchange and communications with both parties were smooth and swift. Happy to use them again. Highly recommend Andrew Pearce.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Recently bought our home from Andrew Pearce. They were very helpful, responding to our questions quickly and also keeping us updated on the progression of our offer without being asked. I chose 4 estate agents in Pinner to value my mother’s home and by far Joe at Andrew Pearce was the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. Michael & James worked tirelessly and guided me through the whole process. They always went above and beyond and sold our property above the asking price. I could not ask for more. Thank you so much everyone! Laura
