GoogleWe sold my late father's house through Andrew Pearce. I was really impressed by their professionalism and quality of service. Despite Covid, they arranged numerous viewings resulting in several good offers at this difficult time. GoogleI rented out a flat through them, and the moment they made a mistake they refused to make it right, forcing me to pursue them through the Small Claims Court. The company was supposed to transfer the tenant's deposit to me, as I had notified them in writing that I was going to register the deposit myself. They subsequently informed me that they had registered the deposit using their own scheme. When I protested and explained that I had already registered the deposit using my own funds (as I was expecting them to transfer the deposit to me), they suggested I keep the deposit in their scheme and they would waive the fee (they are literally tone deaf). When I explained to them for a millionth time that I had already secured it, they suggested I wait a month whilst they retrieved the money. Quite something to make a mistake and then make a paying customer wait whilst they sort out their own mess. The company then tried to play games by asking me for stuff they had no business for asking: - have you served the prescribed information on the tenant - you still owe us money, so maybe we will counter sue you When I did ultimately serve them with a claim, it transpired that they did not secure the deposit when they say they did, and they had ample opportunity to have picked up on their mistake. The company then took its time, transferring the deposit to me a couple of hours before the deadline for them to respond to my claim was about to expire. All of this could have been resolved if the company would have agreed to make me whole immediately after having accepted their mistake. Instead, their attitude is basically yeah we made a mistake, sorry about that but we won't make you whole so f**k y*u, and you can wait whilst we take our merry time. I have never come across such an unprofessional firm. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole even if they paid me to use their services again. GoogleWe used Andrew Pearce for both the selling of my mum’s old property and the purchase of her new home. All the staff there were so helpful and polite they couldn’t do enough for us. We were so pleased with the service. We would highly recommend them to anybody.

GoogleMarketed the property incorrectly, I found damage to my property after viewings, item went ‘missing’ after viewings, lack of vetting tenants properly. I informed the owner about the above issues and he couldn’t be bothered to resolve them informally. It isn’t difficult to fix damage and recompense the missing item. No apology. Dishonest and unprofessional. Steer clear!
