FacebookWould highly recommend Andrew Pearce from personal experience in using them to sell our home. Genuine down to earth team who really do their best for you and keep you updated through the whole process. We didn’t have an easy ride but were very well looked after. We dealt with Paul Smith mainly but also Joe Prosser, both brilliant.

Everything about the Tenancy and process was explained in a way that was easy to understand and they made renting a house such a breeze! They have a beautiful office set-up, in a great environment, the team were extremely communicative and easy to reach, to answer any of our questions at all times. The biggest kudos goes to Sam, who was professional, experienced, really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for us, he was a total Godsend. Joe and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we eventually completed a complicated sale. His level of expertise and integrity is outstanding and we were constantly kept up to date about the progress of the sale. Communication was always easy with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents and we would receive instant What’s app messages, regular telephone calls and emails. Zoe, Rebecca, Paul and Sam were also very helpful and always ensured our messages were passed on. Joe communicated directly with all the solicitors in the chain and this ensured everyone knew what was happening.
