Danny Schultz from Andrew Pearce Pinner was amazing! We were looking to downsize, but still live in a nice property in the local area. Andrew took all our requirements into account and selected 2 properties for us to view - one of which we decided to take. However, it was slightly over what we were prepared to pay so Danny took all our details, including our professions and our future plans and put this to the Landlord who accepted our offer. As we were both extremely busy professionals, one of us running our own company, we had no time to figure out what paperwork we had to complete and when so Andrew made sure he contacted us when he needed something from us and was explicit in exactly what he needed. Fantastic service!

We recently rented a home through Andrew Pearce, and we've been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and attention they gave us! Really great communication between us, them, and the landlord, and they were quick and helpful at every enquiry. Tenants are usually forgotten as an afterthought, but not here! I am a professional property investor. Placed 2 properties for sale in October 2025. To say they were awful would be paying them a compliment. I took 1 property off the market. The other they found a buyer that was a total waste of time and the agents did very little to get the sale thru. Finally got so fed up I pulled out of the sale today.

I dealt mainly with Michael Beaumont in what was ultimately a challenging sale, through no fault of his own. He initially offered to run and organise an open day viewing of the property for prospective buyers and dealt with two sales that fell through with professionalism and good humour. Contact was good throughout and he kept me informed at all stages of the process. I was also impressed that, as a previous customer, Andrew Pearce were prepared to reduce their standard fee for this sale for me. All in all, I can heartily recommend their services and am grateful to everyone involved, especially Michael, in concluding the sale.

Dear Michael & the rest of the Andrew Pearce team, We wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your guidance and support throughout the sale of our property. From the start of the selling process we were kept informed- the property particulars document was presented in detail and was fantastic. Our lead Consultant was Michael Beaumont; he went above and beyond his duties. He acted as a first point of contact for all parties involved (chain of 4 involved in the sale & purchase), not only was he our Estate Agent but at times we felt he played the role of a solicitor as his vast knowledge of conveyancing helped us out tremendously. The real test of an agent is when problems arise and in this case there were many; due to the expert handling of the situation and regular contact with me with updates; he was fast to rectify each obstacle. The entire Firm was always very courteous when I called (be it numerous amount of times). The Firm is very knowledgeable and handled every situation with professionalism and honesty. This is a trait which is hard to find these days and we greatly respect this. It is a hard and true fact that had Michael not worked so efficiently we would not have completed on our sale and purchase. We are so happy in our new home and we cannot thank you enough. What an awful estate agent to deal…

What an awful estate agent to deal with, avoid them at all costs. We viewed a house and made a formal offer the next day. By law Andrew Pearce Estate Agents have to forward our offer to the vendor and get back to us with a response. A week went by following our formal offer and no response! We then sent an email to request feedback. Once again after a week no response! My wife then telephoned Mark Woollen at Andrew Pearce and was told the Manager was currently out of the office but would return our call on his return. Guess what, after a further 2 days of waiting for a response....nothing! We notice the house is still for sale, I wonder why, maybe because this estate agent is incapable of actually selling a property! On the strength of our dealings with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents I would not touch them with a bargepole, avoid.
