I am using Henry Adams Estate Agents Lettings Department in Storrington to manage a property and my experience has been very very good. They have been extremely professional and thorough from advertising the property promptly and accurately, to doing viewings and helping me to find a great tenant quickly.On every occasion that I have liaised with them they have been good at communication, professional, and very reliable. I believe they provide a great service and good value for money.They always responded to my questions promptly and are quick to help the tenant if there are any questions or issues. Nothing has been too much trouble.I would highly recommended them and the Lettings team in Storrington.

GoogleWe have recently completed both a sale and purchase through the team at Henry Adams Petersfield and would highly recommend them. Tracey Killing and Olly Dorling worked tirelessly to make sure all parties were kept informed throughout what was a drawn out affair, due to a solicitor in the chain dragging his heals. Without their efforts I’m sure the whole process would have collapsed.

GoogleI have used Henry Adams letting and the predecessor ( same staff) for 15 years. They are very good at managing tenants and keeping us up to date with our properties. GoogleWould not recommend rental service. Granted all property rental companies are terrible but the attitude here seems to be: the tenant is always in the wrong. They clearly don't have enough staff to manage the property maintenance effectively so whilst the staff are lovely, they are ineffective

Went to view a property priced at £1450 a month, absolutely loved it, it was perfect and seemed promising. It all felt like false advertising especially when I went to place my application, I was given an opportunity to basically bid on the house by upping the offer for rent a month? How ridiculous! No one should have to bid on a house to get a higher chance to be accepted. Especially when everyone is struggling for money. The owner took a higher offer of course and the company were useless at letting us know. Not a professional setting at all. Ridiculous

As we live in France, we have Henry Adams to take care of our apartment in the UK and they have been so very well for ten years. The service is excellent and their management more than anything provides peace of mind - they have always been able to find good tenants quickly. Any maintenance issues are sorted out without delay from their raft of electricians, plumbers, handymen etc. Thoroughly recommend.

ITEMS IN THE HOUSE FALL APART I.E REPAIRED A DISHWASHER DOOR HANDLE WITH SUPER GLUE THE GLUE DID NOT DRY OUT AND ALMOST HAD SUPER GLUE GO INTO MY EYES GARAGE DOOR OPERATING MACHINE BROKE DOWN AND I WAS EXPECTED TO SPEND MONEY AND REPLACE IT MYSELF COSTING ME A BOMB AND THE WINDOW REMOTE TO A REALLY HIGH WINDOW DOES NOT WORK EVERY HOUSEHOLD INSPECTION WE REPORTED MOULD NEAR WINDOW LEDGES THEY TOTALLY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT BACK GARDEN DOOR LOCKING MECHANISM KEPT ON FAILING FORCED TO LSO REPLACE THAT AS WELL AND THE PLASTIC PARTS ON THE SIDES OF THE BATH WERE BROKEN OUT OF WEAR AND TEAR (DONE ON PURPOSE BY THE BUILDERS) NOT ACCURATE WITH THE PAINT COLOUR WAS NOT GIVEN ANY INFORMATION ON WHAT SPECIFIC BULBS WERE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ALSO WHEN WE LEFT THE HOUSE HENRY ADAMS QUOTED IN THE CONTRACT “CLEAN PROFESSIONALLY IF POSSIBLE” BUT DID NOT STICK TO THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT AS WE LEFT THE HOUSE THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT THE MOULD ON THE WINDOW LEDGES FOR THREE YEARS ON EVERY HOUSE INSPECTION THEY SHRED UP THE PAPERWORK ACTING LIKE NOTHING HAD BEEN REPORTED AS PART OF A DEPOSIT SCAM OPERATION TO CON YOUR FINANCES AND NEVER GET PAID BACK ALMOST LIKE EVERY OTHER SCAM SO THIS TALLYS UP TO HENRY ADAMS WORKING ON BEHALF OF A BUNCH OF INDIAN SCAMMERS FROM AN INDIAN CALL CENTER!

AWFUL - WOLVES - harassed me during lockdown in 2021 - TRAVEL and TOURISM sector did not need this ontop of everything else going on - pushed me out in the end - judged and assumed but only made and ass out of themselves. What goes around comes around Emily! AND after I upscaled the damp apartment and garden the landlord put the rent up! Hang your heads in shame! Not even worthy of a 1 star!

Throughout my local house hunting I found the Henry Adams team, and Oliver and Daniel in particular, to be extremely knowledgeable about the Petersfield and surrounding villages property market. I hugely valued the expertise they were able to provide me. I was also really impressed with their friendly and courteous manner. They returned messages and emails promptly and went out of their way to help. I would highly recommend their personable service to people looking to buy and sell in this area.

TrustpilotSeem good at first but then cracks appear quick
They seem really good at first, but then as weeks and months go by, you notice malicious and incompetent behaviour.They never seem to get my email correct, especially upon needing my deposit back. They visit your flat while you’re away despite you asking them not to (illegal), and when you visit the office, you see why they are less diligent. Fortunately I won’t have to use these again. Disappointed basically.

My husband and I want to relocate from Suffolk to the South Downs snd I wanted to view a property. Henry Adam’s were obstructive snd unhelpful (not great for the seller) and when I did get to view the property were rushing me round the house. Two days later I asked to have a second viewing. I was rushed round the property in 20 minutes. Not a very professional attitude / the house was selling for 830k and they expected me to make a decision in less than an hour. Bad attitude!
