A fabulous agency who both helped my husband and I and my mother find our homes. They listen, they care, they are attentive and very importantly for my husband and I they are LGBTQI friendly.

Absolutely awful service and team. They don’t get back to you, they don’t ensure repairs are carried out and in general some of the team are just rude. Avoid at ALL costs because you will regret renting through them. I didn’t realise what an awful reputation they had

Used Henry Adams for a letting service. The prospective tenants literally fell into their laps as they saw the listing via another agency. Every step has been a nightmare. Incompetent and sloppy service.

GoogleExtremely unhelpful and a very poor customer service for what is supposed to be “premium lettings” sector. I strongly recommend to any potential tenants to do your research before you decide on working with this agency.
