GoogleAVOID ! Make promises they don’t keep. Will say anything to get you to sign up with them. Either desperate or don’t know their job. Unable to communicate with each other or us with regards to selling our property. They left our house UNLOCKED and nearly all the lights on and “used” the toilet and didn’t bother to flush when they showed a buyer around. Utterly useless .To think they wanted us to sign to say we would give an extra £500 on top of their commission if they did a good job! Unbelievable . Tried to speak to the manager about lots of issues but she wouldn’t return our calls.

GoogleI work with people I like - I like the staff at William H Brown letting department(20'ish yrs now); sure everyone/all of us are under pressure to be commercially viable - so need to "juggle-more plates" then we would ideally like (especially in these challenging times), but building trust and engaging in longer term business relationships is key .. to me. For this reason I highly recommend the friendly and attentive staff in the letting department Peterborough, and their letting support team based offsite(from the central Peterborough premise/shop-front), but always available.PositiveQuality

GoogleI would to give a massive shout out to William h brown's crew and much more importantly to Stacey. for the all hard work and effort they put in to set up us in a new property. the costumer service was next to none. they would check up on you twice a week at least just to know how you're getting on with finding a new home. and while other estate agents were dragging the time with applications would not respond to the phone calls or ignore the emails whb were having always something to offer for reasonable price. highly recommend to everyone, the best by far.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleBuying for the first time was quite daunting. I saw a property that I liked and contacted the office. Almost immediately Fiona Reilly contacted me and provided me with a viewing, information and could not be more helpful. I put in an offer, which was accepted and again, was supported throughout. When it came to arranging a mortgage, Lucy Owen has basically been an angel on my shoulder, giving me options, advice and taking the whole thing on. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has dealt with all my questions and lack of knowledge in a way that made me feel confident it was all getting sorted but also that left me supported. I have heard horror stories about other estate agents handling house buying, and that it can be very stressful. I have to say that with these two amazing people I really have never felt under pressure or stressed about any of the process. I cannot thank you enough or recommend this estate agent highly enough. GoogleWe did use these guys last year. Got showed a few properties around town by a guy named Eddy! He turned up on time, was polite, detailed and came prepared with property brouchers! Though we didn't see anything we wanted at the time, he even kept in contact thereafter to see if he could fulfill our other enquires in finding a property!
