GoogleI am very happy that I choose William H Brown to help me to find the right property for me. I had a viewing with Miss Liveta, she was very professional and available to explain me everything and answer to all the questions that I had. At my arrival at the property she was already waiting for me and everything was very smooth.

GoogleI spoke to a lovely lady in the office today I believe her name was Rockina as I remembered by her lovely curly hair. Amazing customer service, felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Rockina knew exactly what advice to give me about renting. Defiantly would recommend speaking to Rockina when going in to William H Brown.

GoogleWorst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Staff are rude and un-helpful. They are over priced for the little effort they have put in to trying to sell our property. Not to mention entering our home without permission , when we clearly stated we have a dog and need to collect him for each viewing as not friendly towards strangers. Avoid this agent at all costs.

GooglePoor customer service, very slow, all paperwork has actually to be completed by customer-self online. Most annoying time consuming highly priced "service". Where are the lanflords/ladies themselves??? What for are such agents? All of them look like had a sleepless clubbing night before, clothes dirty, hairy, makeups flaky, hair in bed-head styling. Having a sandwich while on the phone customer is put on hold...Could go on and on.
