GoogleI needed to find a new place with a very short space of time to do so. I viewed a property with Danny? and got accepted same day. Whole process from start to finish took 48 hours. Very pleased and happy with the service received from both Danny and Rockina.

GoogleGreat experience. I am relocating from up North (which has proved to be challenging). However, lady named Liveta has arranged multiple viewing for me and traveling all the way was not for nothing. Highly recommended, super friendly and efficient!

GoogleWe have used this company for a few years now and have been really happy with their tenant finder service. All of the team in the lettings department have shown real care and attention with vetting each tenant. At times they have gone above and beyond to secure good tenants for us. We will be using them for many years to come.

GoogleIf ever there was an award that existed for the most “rude, useless, non-communication and uninterested in selling your home” award the Cowgate branch would win it a thousand times over!
5/5
GoogleI have only ever used this branch for lettings. They are efficient, reliable, proactive, personable and really deliver. Quite simply, i have never considered anyway else because i have never needed to consider this due to the service. Also worth considering is the back up and the admin & maintenance are 1st rate too
