Their service and attention has been excellent but I will single out Rockina Wright who is always very efficient, responding promptly to my emails and sorting out my new tenants. GoogleHello Team I must say that WHB team and entire staff is really helpful and they manage everything for you without loosing their patience They answer all your questions very well and I really appreciate their effort and efficiency I have moved to new house within less than a week. Everything was so easy for me and I did everything alone. Rockina is very helpful and she is very prompt and proactive for each step and even she understands all your challenges which you might face. GoogleI use William H Brown to rent out our property and the service has been fantastic. They offer something unique and it really does set them apart from other rental agencies in the area. The staff are professional, informative and I feel we're working towards building a partnership. There is a real sense of team spirit within the office and I can go to any member of staff and trust them with any questions. Big thanks to Rockina and Robin in there for helping through out the process and keeping us updated. GoogleUpon recommendation, myself and my partner recently used Danny to help us with our mortgage when buying our first house. We were genuinely taken back by how clearly he explained things which was needed being first time buyers and how he managed to take all the stress away from us and deal with everything on our behalf. We had our mortgage offer issued within 7 days and are now proud home owners. We could not recommend Danny enough!!

GoogleAfter being let down by a different letting agency it was such a positive experience with William H Brown. The whole team was very helpful and especially Olivia was always there for me if I needed anything. She was the reason I got the rental property and I will be for ever grateful!

GoogleDon’t answer the phones, called about 30 times in total answered about 3 times. When got through they said they’ll call me back but never do. Called 7 times in one day to confirm viewing, turned up to the viewing then they finally answered and said they had cancelled it but didn’t bother to let us know.
