GoogleWe had Sammy providing a valuation for our mother's property. He was incredibly professional throughout and gave us a number of options on how to proceed. Sammy was very knowledgeable and had supporting details to enable us to choose the best option for ourselves. I would unreservedly recommend using Sammy and William H Brown, they have a number of options to suit all situations.

GoogleDanny & Olivia were both very welcoming and friendly, which as first time renters was very disarming and put us at our ease. Danny was especially knowledgeable about the property and Olivia was full of helpful tips about use of space. We have previously found looking for somewhere to rent very frustrating but this was a very much more positive - thank you both

GoogleOur experience has been fantastic. We used their services when looking to rent a property. They were extrememly helpful with and our application went through very quickly. We dwere helped by Rockina who was superb! She was super friendly and happy to answer all our many questions as first time renters. Everything was explained to us via email and they are really quick to answer the phone - no holding and clicking through options, they answer straight away. 10/10 would recommend!

GoogleHad a viewing with Robin and was very happy with everything. He was very friendly, personable and made us feel very comfortable, especially with covid precautions. The flat was beautiful and Robin allowed us to walk around in our own time and signed us up straight away once we'd made our decision. We then dealt with Rockina who has been absolutely lovely through the lettings process. I felt like we were bugging her every day but she really put us at ease and has been there every time we have contacted her to help with our questions. The whole process has been very friendly and personable throughout. Very happy with everything!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAfter a viewing fell through, Danny took me to see a different property which he felt would suit my needs on the same day. He was right and the following day, I put in an offer which I was notified had been accepted a few hours later. The process was smooth and efficient, and Danny was excellent! I would highly recommend for lettings.

GoogleTerrible agency. Extremely rude people. Stay away. I though I had a booking at one of their locations, just a normal person looking for a property. They made the most ridiculous dramatic thing about me ringing someone else doorbell and kindly asking if it was the place for the viewing. I was a potential customer and now they ruined their image for me completely. This is not how you build a business.

Their service and attention has been excellent but I will single out Rockina Wright who is always very efficient, responding promptly to my emails and sorting out my new tenants. Easy, pleasant and straight forward to deal with, I am happy to recommend WH Brown and in particular Rockina.
