GoogleI have to give this review to give some genuine feedback I viewed a property on thorpe Rd in Peterborough a 2 bedroom apartment I had 2 viewings cancelled by yourselves before I eventually got a viewing your sales guy turned up late and we had literally 10 minutes to look at the property this particular property is a repossession which already had an offer on it and in my opinion they were not really interested in myself making a cash offer as didn't want to upset the buyer they had allready on the table as they had a property in the same building nobody from w h Brown has come back to me about an offer even when I could provide proof of funds to proceed.very unprofessional company to deal with I must say.

GoogleHate writing bad reviews but as a Landlord of just one property, the service we received was really poor, despite us trying to stay with them 3 years. Overpriced feels and VERY POOR communication...would take fees without approval, not explain why they were taking them and when we contacted them, would promise to call back and never would. Repeatedly had to waste time and needless effort trying to get them to reply to queries or rectify their errors. The various staff across all sites we would be pinged to, took no accountability and always tried to make us feel we were to blame, despite the fact we were paying THEM for a service. Just poor all round. Had we known how easy and more cost affective OpenRent was, would have used them sooner - our advice would be to not waste your money and use another service like we are doing now - will save you money and stress.

GoogleI had a retirement property. Had an offer in April 2025 which I accepted. I then looked for a shared ownership property to buy. Found one which was perfect in location and size. Allocated solicitors paid for a management pack. On July 11th I was informed by my house purchaser who has been chasing for proof of funds that my purchaser did not have a mortgage in place, which was news to me. I called william h brown straight away and was promised a call back. This never happened. I have now lost my house and 3 months with my property being SSTC
