Daniel from Haart Lettings in Peterborough was professional from start to finish. Always going to extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. His expert knowledge really shone through and was on hand even on his weekend to answer any queries! As a company, their set up is really user friendly (I.e a one-stop shop for all documents and next steps - showing exactly where you are in the process of getting your property!). Can’t thank Haart Lettings (specifically Daniel) enough for the fast turnaround and support during what was a very busy/stressful time - it helped make everything fall into place perfectly and are now happier than ever! I would like to say how grateful I am of the support I’ve had from Benjamin Scarborough from Haart. He has been extremely proactive and efficient with getting matters dealt with between my landlord and the management property who take care of my accommodation. The situation has been prolonged and challenging, but since Ben has been involved he has managed to achieve all of my requests. Amazing outcomes ! I’ve received communications throughout from Ben via emails and phone contact. He has followed everything though to positive effect. Ben appears to me to be extremely competent within his role and I am more than happy to liaise with him in the future, having full confidence he will be able to support me. Haart has been managing my property for several years now and I have found their assistance in dealing with maintenance and general property issues first class. For some time now my main point of contact has been Ben Scarborough and he certainly deserves acknowledgement for all the help he has given me in the various ongoing issues with my apartment. Dealing with block management companies is never easy, particularly the one responsible for my particular apartment block ( I would like to name and shame them but perhaps that's best left for a review aimed at them directly) but I have to say that with Ben's help he has managed to do wonders with all the issues I have had to face. He always does an amazing job liasing on my behalf with both the block management company and the tenent over several matters outside my control and consistently manages to find a solution to the problems. I know I can rest assured that with Ben's help any problems that arise can be dealt with swiftly and professionally. To my mind at least he's an unsung hero. Thanks Ben. You are the best. You do Haart great credit.

The reviews are true! Haart really is as good as people say. After 6mths of poor experience at another agent, I called Haart in a desperate and sorry state on a Saturday morning. My call was answered by Ash Baldwin who was a sympathetic listener and gave me advice on my available options. He followed up the next week to put the house on the market and he kept in touch when I accepted an offer the following week. It’s been the quickest sale ever - 4 weeks from offer acceptance to closing. Massive thank you Ash for your positivity and persistence.

As a tenant, I always found that both my landlord, and Haart were keen for me to always get value for money. The rent remained the same for my entire tenancy, and when it was due for review, its extension was smooth. I was so impressed with the property in fact, that I have now bought it! The buying process was, of course fraught with challenges, but a lot of the stresses and strains were greatly eased by the support of the Haart team. Special thanks must be given to both Kevin Cooper and Saira Chaudery, who were amazingly supportive throughout, and Katie Wilson was also very, very helpful throughout my earlier tenancy. Haart helped my partner and I get our current property in Peterborough and were absolutely wonderful throughout the process, in particular the young man Daniel who we liased with during the whole thing. Nothing was too much trouble and any information we asked for, he either already knew, or made sure he found out promptly and any time we needed anything to be done, or required an update on something, he always made sure to get back to us in a timely manner. Moving is generally a stressful experience but it was made so much smoother thanks to Daniel and Haart. We can't thank you enough and are looking forward to using you again in the future if we need to :)
