Laura Hicks is a huge reason why we are so confident in trusting haart Estate Agents with our property plans. As first-time buyers in the UK, having Laura's support was invaluable, from finding the ideal property to actively guiding us through every stage of the transaction. Her assistance was particularly crucial for me as an overseas buyer. Navigating the UK's procedures, paperwork, and legal timelines felt completely different to what I was used to, and without Laura, the whole process would have felt overwhelming and practically impossible. However, we have successfully completed the purchase and are already planning our next move, fully confident that we've found the right professional to bring our plans to life. Thank you so much, Laura Hicks!

We recently purchased our new home through haart, and I wanted to leave a particular thank you to Laura Hicks for the outstanding service she provided throughout the entire process. From our very first viewing, Laura was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was that she was never pushy or sales-driven, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. She gave us the space and time we needed to make decisions, while always being available to answer questions and provide guidance when required. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Laura was incredibly responsive, kept us informed throughout the purchase, and went above and beyond to help wherever she could. Her communication was excellent, and she made us feel valued and supported at every stage of the journey. Buying a home can be a daunting process, but Laura’s friendly and professional approach made everything so much easier. She is a real credit to Haart, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Laura and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again, Laura, for helping us find and purchase our new home. Your dedication and customer service were exceptional.

I had the pleasure of viewing a lovely property on Friday, and although it wasn't the perfect fit for me (needed something closer to work and a school nearby 🙏), I wanted to leave a special shoutout to Celso, who showed me around with incredible patience and kindness. Despite my little lateness, he was a true professional and made the experience a delight. Thanks, Celso, for your time and warm hospitality! 🙏

Our house went on the market and was sold within a week. Although it fell through Haart got straight on the case and it was sold again the following week. We viewed a bungalow also being sold by Haart that wasn’t for us and then Josh showed us another we hadn’t noticed online. And we fell in love with it. We had a painful long process with solicitors however Haart were outstanding at keeping everyone up to date. I can’t thank Joshua and Munneeka enough for their professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. Particularly at the end where they both got stuck into the detail with the solicitors to help complete. Thank you! Beth and Mark.
